We had an amazing stay in Dobrinishte and I highly recommend the hotel! The hotel provided excellent service, comfortable rooms, and a beautiful mountain view. In the apartment, the bathroom was in the doubles bedroom, so if someone other were to go in, he went through the room.

For the second time here and it was amazing again. This time we were in an apartment and it was spacious. The staff was really friendly. The wellness was really good again. The breakfast and the food in the restaurant is one of the best in the region. Great value for money.

First of all the stuff! I have been living in Sofia and travelled in Bulgaria in the last 10 years and it is very hard to find smiley people and good service. The people were amazing, from the woman serving breakfast to the receptionist and waiters. The kruchma is in front of beautiful mountains, it has a big garden with flowers and plants very well kept and delicious food! Room is big, with powerful shower and we had an amazing balcony with the seating area. Inside mineral pool and 2 jacuzzi: one inside and one outside, super nice to spend the sunset. Breakfast: lot of choices: mekizi, prinzesi, omelette, palachincki, soups and more. Great coffee too! What to ask for? Just some more time to stay there. Thank you! We will be back! This is an exceptional place to stay in. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was in excellent condition, very quiet (didn't hear anything from the next door rooms), with beautiful furniture and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was very clean and a good size. There was a little hallway connecting the room with the bathroom and the entrance door was given extra sound proofing. The restaurant was nicely decorated in a traditional style and the food was delicious. Don't skip the breakfast; strongly recommend it :))) We tried mekitsi and grilled sandwiches with minced meat and cheese. There are spa amenities which include sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi and more and they were included in the price, it was so relaxing to take a sauna and jacuzzi after a long ski day:)) I had a great experience there and definitely will go there again.

We liked everything, really. Traveling for 5 days (4 nights stay) with a 2.5 years old, we enjoyed every comfort the hotel has to offer - from the size of the room and the superior cleanliness, to the wonderful restaurant and the most friendly & helpful staff I have met in a decade. * Special thanks to Kremena, Maria, Mariana, the guy with the glasses & the blond hostess from the restaurant aaand to everyone doing a great job behind. Hotel is located very close to beautiful park. The appartment was very clean with spacious balcony. The view is stunning. Staff is very friendly and helpfully.The Breakfast is delicious .The restaurant offers very delicious and varied food.The jacuzzis and the pool are filled with warm mineral water so you can relax after hiking in the mountain.

Very friendly staff who were always ready to help. Perfect Bulgarian cuisine, breakfast will make your day more pleasant. Perhaps the only piece of advice: it would be good to create a manual on how to check-in and check-out. Possibly mark the reception.

The only thing was when the live male singer started singing pop folk songs instead of tradional folklore songs and evergreens. People were enjoying and dancing so I guess it is only related to our music taste.

Friendly, hospitable and polite staff. Very clean rooms, bathrooms and spa areas. The architecture and the furniture made of wood in a tradinional way creates a really cosy and warm atmosphere. The food was delicious. Great indoor and outdoor restaurant areas. We would definitely recommend to friends and visit again. Wencould not have asked for more.
