Room 3 with great fortress view

The location is in the Old Town, close to the most important attractions. The junior suite which is actually a big room with a matrimonial bed and an extensible couch is very spacious. The bed lingerie and the towels were snow white, the bathroom spacious and very clean (we also were provided with free Bulgarian brand shower gel and little soaps). We were provided with free parking for our car in a parking in the proximity of the hotel. The personnel was very kind. Since the hotel is small and there is no kitchen, the breakfast consisted of juice, cake, coffe/tea, spinach/chees pies that could be warmed in the microwave oven.

Clean room, good furniture and plumbing, but most importantly the view from the balcony. All the beauty in front of your eyes, right below you - a mountain river. Еnlosed parking, friendly staff.

The lamps above the bed were full of dust, a lot of water on the floor in the bathroom, some leaks from WC.

As a guest at this hotel I can say that the location is perfect with an large view to the old castle. Nice breakfast was served. Personal is respectful and helpful. If you have to iron some clothes you can do it in separate space. The old town has a lot of attractive places, handcrafted things, amazing touristic attractions. Also they have separated parking lots.

I liked everything here, the location is perfect and close to Tsarevec Fortress as well as to the city center, the staff was always supportive and helpful, the breakfast was good. There is a free parking also. For this price, better could not be. Thanks a lot!

Breakfast was not as used at the hotels we stood. Only some already prepaired sandwiches. Not very tasty.

The hotel accept only cash payment, however, nothing is written about that on booking. I found out about it only because I had called to the reception before we came. (you can pay in both euros and levs).

The view from the window was absolutely stunning. Room was well furnished and clean, the wi-fi worked properly. They also provide some kind of breakfast which includes of some fruits and vegetables, sandwiches and drinks.

Quite noisy, poor breakfast.

Nice, small hotel with central location and stunning view. Provided parking was very valuable. Nets on the windows, aircon and fridge available.

Room was a bit bright in the early morning, so curtains with little bit more sunblock would be perfect.

Recently renovated room with amazing view to the fortress hills. Free parking on the other side of the street. Very nice staff, they gave us room with balcony free of charge. Simple breakfast, but it had all the essentials; bread with cheese and ham, coffee, some pastry and fruits. This hotel has very good price/quality ratio, they should charge atleast 20 levas per night more for such a good rooms and service!

No negatives from our perspective. It was a nice and decent stay.

The staff was very personable. They had our two rooms prepared for us and showed them to us before we paid to make sure we approved of them. The location is flawless within walking distance of Old Town Veliko Tarnovo and historical sites. There are two sides of the hotel: views towards Tzarevets or the city street, both having their benefits (historical sites views or people watching). The place has a family hotel feel and the traveler is left with the impression that the staff truly cares for the well-being of their guests. Cleanliness was spotless. Breakfast was adequate for our needs. A quiet, decent, and reasonable hotel. We recommend.

Location was excellent. Rooms whilst not huge were ok. Bathroom was difficult to keep dry with the shower spray but otherwise clean.

Simple breakfast (breads with cold cuts and cheese, croissants, sweat bread, cake, apples, and two coffee included (more at extra cost). We booked twin beds, but one of the booked rooms had a double bed so we needed to upgrade to a triple room (otherwise we would have lost the fortress view)

The breakfast was small and there wasn’t many choices but it was ok because there are plenty of places and cafes close by with delicious options. I didn’t like that we weren’t given a time that the cleaning staff would come in the room in the morning (they come while the breakfast is been served) we chose to skip breakfast and while we were in our room they unlocked and came in. Not their fault the people were rly nice but would recommend from the reception to give a time that the guests would be prepared for the cleaning staff.

The view from the terrace was unbelievable! It was amazing! You can see the whole fortress, the river laid beneath the balcony, you could also see half of the city looking at the forest, beautiful lithe houses and hotels stacked on top of each other. It was amazing! The room was CLEAN and COZY. The staff were the NICEST people ever. They give you plenty of information and help with anything. The hotel has 2 PRIVATE PARKINGS which is the best thing in my opinion (bc for the places and the narrow streets this city has is rly important). Our stay was amazing! Would definitely recommend! And would absolutely stay there again!

Great hotel within easy walk of all attractions in the town. The rooms were spacious and very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms had great veiws of the fortress. Carparking was a real bonus.
