- The outside pool was supposed to be open as of 1st June but it was still empty. Even when we asked the staff about it, they said it will not work - without any proper reason. Weather was over 30 degrees - There was a noisy team building event taking place at the hotel. I expect to inform the guests in advance about this but we weren’t. - The steam bath needs better maintenance as there is mold inside.

Everything was clean, and the hotel had a plethora of activities to fulfil our stay there. The view was magnificent, and the food was always delicious. The beds were huge as well, which made the stay comfortable.

You can put some little gestures like compliment coffee in the room, water in the spa centre and the breakfast was not enough of variety especially with the local cuisine beeing so variable.

It was clean and warm, staff was quick and responsive, location is superb.

Beautiful, quiet, clean and very spacious room (we stayed in the 3 person room). The pool and spa facilities were very clean and the food was delicious - especially the breakfast. The staff were also very helpful.

My only complaint is on the three younger women that were at the same time at the reception - my card stopped working while we were at the relax area and I went to have it fixed. They started sniggering and throwing assumptions like 1) "Did you decide to overstay?" - overall bizarre question but this was coming from the woman that checked me in the day before for 2 days 2) and "You probably put it next to your phone" - umm no, the card stays in the door slot to keep the electricity turned on in the room and I didn't bring my phone to the sauna - the accusatory tone to me as a client for no reason left a bit of a sour note on my experience. They could have just said - no problem we will fix it and left it at that 3) Finally on the last day the woman that checked me in marked that I haven't paid, when I already did through Booking. So the older lady at the reception had to check and was super polite the entire time. One of the younger girls that was part of the previous encounter (the one with the phone suggestion) was listening through this conversation and before I even left came over and asked the lady "What was this about?". Again quite unprofessional, if she was that interested she could have asked me directly. I hope this was a one time thing as the hotel and the area are amazing and again the rest of the staff are very professional and polite!

This is the second time that we have been to this hotel and we had amazing stay both times. The food is delicious, the rooms are very nice and the view is amazing. The relax area was also very nice. 90% of the staff are very polite - the waiters in the restaurant, the guy in the relax area and the older ladies at the reception were super nice, professional and polite.

The food was mediocre and the service was very slow. Nothing is written in English in the whole hotel, except for 1 menu.

The spa indoor and outdoor is amazing. The view from it is outstanding. The room was big, super clean, cozy and with a nice comfortable king size bed.

The bathroom was also the shower, there was no suitable shower place. Most of the stuff don't knows English best to have a translating app on your mobile device.

The hotel is amazing includes an amazing spa and relaxing area, the rooms are big with a view to the mountains, the breakfast is nice. In the hotel there is a restaurant with affordable prices and the food is good.
