The room is under the roof and the height over the beds is not high. We always must be careful when we wake up

One of the beds in our room had a mattress that you could feel the springs through, but the other bed was comfortable.

The kitchen and common spaces make this stay incredibly comfortable. It’s also very close to the center and easy to walk to wherever I needed to go.

It is very very cosy and comfortable hostel or better to say guest House! I was totally happy! Definitely next time again! The room was big and with a large bed. It is air-conditioned and artistically designed, but still simple and minimalistic. It has all what is needed.The kitchen downstairs is perfect as there are great opportunities to to seat and eat. As well there are two beautiful made living rooms with coaches and bookshelfs for chilling or just enjoying some conversations with other guests. There is no one thing that I didn't like! The personal was absolutely helpful and reliable! The location also fantastic, just 3min.walk from the historical museum, library and the main pedestrian street. Bravo!!!

One room had an air conditioning unit that did not work.

The rooms were comfortable and the basement kitchen and seating areas were fantastic. I would recommend this location to anyone traveling to Ruse.

A bad smell from the drains.

Really clean and modern guesthouse on a quiet street. The host seemed lovely. Great location - about 20 minutes walk from the station and 10-15 minutes walk into the centre.

The only problem, on both occasions, were kids upstairs that woke us up before 8am, screaming and making a lot of noise. Other than that, no complaints.

We recommend this place: really nice location, place to park right in front of the property in a quiet street, the host is professional and nice, the room was clean and large enough. This is our second stay here and we liked it. The beds were OK.

There was a power cut for the first night, apparently it doesn't happen so often, so I was just unlucky.

Everything was very clean and they had a big kitchen and living room even with a piano in common area. I was on the ground floor so it helps with my big luggage since there is no elevator. Good bed, great shower with both separation with curtain and good water pressure. Proper heater, not the AC heater. Very warm in cold winter.

I found a hair on the spare blanket, stored in the wardrobe, so maybe the sanitation isn't perfect there

Three places were exceptional. On a 10 day thrip throughout Romanina and a short stay in Russe (Bulgaria) I had 6 or 7 places to stay. 3 were - having used a limited budget - exceptionally good. All in or near the center of the town. All walking distance from the railway station. (As general rule, Google Maps these countries is most times better than Apple Maps). At all these three very good places in different areas they exceeded expectations. And the hosts were reachable, listening and gave guidance to - most times outside - issues.
