The shower cabin was a bit narrow, but the rain shower was wonderful

The location, between the bridge to the old castle and the ancient city. The small scale hotel is very luxurious and we were lucky to book a room on the top floor with a balcony and a view on the castle. There is a hotel parking at 150 meters and a spectacular open elevator overlooking the valley on the back. A good bed with two covers, an airco and a fridge. All conditions for a perfect stay.

In this location I would have looooved breakfast. It has a lovely hall right where reception is and we could have really appreciated the opportunity to eat there before starting our working days, considering also that this part of Tarnovo does not offer many (they are actually scarce) breakfast opportunities.

Nice, clean, fresh environment with helpful hosts. Spacious rooms and well functioning air conditioner, considering that we visited Tarnovo during a hot part of June.

The fact that the parking is not near hotel, it is at around 70 metres. A good thing it is that the parking is free

Everything was perfect.

Perfectly clean rooms. Spotless. Helpful staff. Travel cot given for the baby. Looked brand new and some little teddies added. Our 1 year old loved it. Can't think of anything bad to say at all Thank you very much for looking after us.

It was a little bit noisy from the traffic outside, but the kids were too tired, so it wasn't a big issue.

A little bit noisy from trafic, being on a main street in the middle of the town. But it's assumed since you want to be in location!

Very good location, close to objectives, clean, staff very friendly, beatiful decorated lobby where you can enjoy PINKO caffeteria and a pleasant brake. One thing is the hotel is closed in the night, only clients have access.

They give towels only on day 1. The same goes for shampoo and soap. Inside the hotel area it was quiet, but due to the location there was some noise ouside at evenings. However, not at night.

I liked the location; the decoration of the room; the size of the room; the fact that I had everything I needed - internet, a desk, enough light during day and at night. The room was clean and nice to stay in.

The noise from outside (cars and motorcycles) late in the night, but if you’re tired, you will sleep very well in those cozy beds.

Great location, near the center, free parking 180m from the hotel, AC, spotless clean, very nice staff. for sure my first choice next time I'm in Veliko. Just hope to stay longer :)

The room has carpet on the floor and the smell of the carpet was a bit heavy. Some noise from the street, but not too disturbing, we were able to sleep quite well.

Good location, very close to the city center and to the fortress. It has also a parking space even though is about 200 m away from the hotel, but still very useful seeing that there are no parking spaces available in the vicinity.

The room is big, the staff is very kind, the location of the hotel is in the center, it is very convenient to go to attractions or restaurants. It is more convenient to take a taxi from the West Bus Station to the hotel, and the cost is about 8Lev.

The staff was extremly polite. My kid lost my jewellery box somewhere in the room. They found it and send it back to me on the next day! Perfect loacation and great views! The breakfast was great and very tasty! I will be glad to come back with my familly!

Nice little hotel downtown, friendly staff, good size rooms, comfortable beds. A bit noisy at times but given the location is normal. Parking available at a decent distance. Easy access after hours, nice coffee at the Pinko coffee bar.

The bathroom was rather small and the shower had no tub or cabin, but it was manageable.

Very good location, in the center of the town. Nice, helpful staff. Nice room, excellent view, balcony, AC, refrigerator. Private parking.
