The smell of tabacco was everywhere, the bathroom door had some problems. The cover of the sofa was deteriorated (cigarette hole) and the mattres of the bed had a curved shape.

The hotel has great position, close to the city center and the beach. There is also a parking close to the hotel.

The only thing that I would recommend to have a look, if can be improved, is that there was bad smell coming from the drains in the bathroom.

The receptionist was very polite and kind. I asked her how I can book a taxi for the morning and she offered to book it for me - very kind of her. Room was nice, clean warm. I found the bed extremely comfortable. Great central location. Highly recommend.

It need a little renovation. The rooms are renovated but some old stuff is kept and there is a little smell of old. Nevertheless the room were perfectly cleaned and prepared for the visit.

It appears there is some refurbishing underway inside the hotel , but this didn’t spoil our stay . It was a shame there was no iron available .

There is no elevator/lift at the hotel. The stairs are narrow and steep. Rooms were very small. In my room the window can be open in maximum of 10 cm. The air conditioner was not working.

We booked a suite with a balcony, on arrival we were given a small room, no balcony and were told all the rooms were fully booked.

When we arrived toilet was not cleaned from last customers. Staffs were screaming to each other 8am, and we could hear them like they were in our room. Room doors were not sound proofed at all. We left the hotel after first night ant took our money back

The hotel itself did not look like the photos as it was tired looking. There was supposed to be kettle facilities which wasn't there. Great secure parking nearly by for 12 leva a day.

The entrance and common areas of the hotel. It seemed under renovation and was quite messy and dirty. The doors are not well isolated and I could hear every movement and conversation in the hallway. The hallway and the bathroom smelled quite bad - I hope this is an issue that was being addressed with the renovation.

Would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Varna! Beautiful central location near the train station and the beach (and a hookah bar to have a smoke). The staff is welcoming and warm and the owners are nice people. Had a pleasent stay.

The location is in the center of the city and is near the cathedral, the train station, the park and the sea. The coffee is delicious, the staff is very positive and helpful. I would like to visit the hotel again.
