I expected much higher room quality for this cost - almost all wardrobe and cupboard doors were squeaking when being opened or closed. And in general the rooms seem to be lacking renovation for a long period.

The food and drinks prices in their bars and restaurants are insanely inflated. The bed had a weird top mattress that shifted easily and wasn't comfortable

For one of the weddings organized by the hotel, there were luxurious type of guests with bodyguards, blocking the hotel entrance with many cars, creating unpleasant atmosphere

The price of coffee and dinner were a bit high, but that was not unexpected in a hotel of this sort!

Overall we had a great time at the hotel (and in Bankso). The check-in was quick and easy, and we were met with a complimentary glass of champagne, which was nice! The room was clean and modern, and the bathroom offered both a bath and a separate shower! The food (dinner) at the hotel was very nice, and the breakfast was excellent! The kids club was a nice touch, and the indoor and outdoor pools were great. I thought the staff were very friendly and professional! Great location with terrific views!

Very clean, beautiful hotel with very accommodating staff. The spa is great and very well looked after. Great location with a clear view of the mountains but only a 15 minute walk into the main town. We stayed with a one year old and found it all good for her too.

The noise from the nearby gondola taking people up the mountain. Starts quite early

The rooms are spacious, I would recommend rooms with mountain view. La veranda pool is nice place to relax if there are not too many kids around The breakfast sitting area outdoors is absolutely stunning, with rich breakfast buffet.

My only suggestion is to install handles in the shower cabins and check the shower cabin floors. I slipped and fell, injuring my knee.

We loved our stay at the hotel. The staff is amiable. The hotel and all the facilities we used (spa, restaurants, bar) were top-notch. The food at the restaurants is excellent. The spa treatment was world-class. Thank you.

Fantastic hotel with a very high level of customer service, beautiful rooms and incredible views. Amazing people working there, Antonio and Atidze at the reception , the housekeeping lady Hristina , the breakfast stuff as well and the girls working on the bar by the pool , definitely made my stay even better and I am looking forward to return. Definitely will recommend it to my friends as well.

Did not have wifi in my room the first day. On the 2nd day they installed cellular router I'm the room. It looks like it IA a known problem in this room and I was disappointed why I had to wait one day, and the reception told me on the 1st day that wifi is working....

Lovely little swimming pool to chill in. The selection at breakfast was exceptional. Dinner in the evening was a fair attempt at fine dining. The room was comfortable but particularly large. Excellent bathroom. Staff very attentive.
