Not sure that the parking will be enough for all the guests during the winter season.

The hotel offered everything we needed: well-equipped room, tasty food at the restaurant at very reasonable prices, relaxing spa facilities with a nicely organized kids' pool - you can control and see it while swimming in a big one.

No extra towels for wellness in the room.

The hotel is in a slightly older condition, but everything was super clean! The staff was really helpful, even though I couldn't be there for breakfast one day, they made a nice Food-Box for me to go just the night before!!

Parking can easily get full but can park on the side of the hotel. Also perhaps more pillows available.

We like the hotel facilities, the spa and the restaurant. Breakfast was slightly varied and really delicious. We also like the receptionist attitude. She is very helpful, approachable, pleasant and always smile. I would recommend this place.

We asked explicitly for a second sheet at reception on the way out, but the lady forgot to leave one into our room. I didn't love the hotel view outside (some construction work was in sight), but they cannot do anything about it..

Our one night stay during the summer was really nice and relaxed. Even though we've arrived late, we've managed to enjoy a bit in their spa centar, pool and jacuzzi. Sleep was good, room was comfortable, shower big and compfy. Breakfast was excelent, plenty to choose, tasty capuccino from coffe maker.. Staff was very polite and sincere. For this price we couldn't spend our evening and morning better. We'll definetly visit this hotel again if we're coming to Bansko.

Not the closest to the city center, but still really quick to reach it (10 minutes by foot)

Nothing really. Location if you want to be closer to the center or to the party at night.

Nice balcony, great restaurant, helpful staff. Fridge, AC, shower were all good. Check-in was very easy. Parking was decent and right next to the hotel. Good walk to center but overall nice location. Quiet location.

You need to request the sauna and steam room be turned on at the reception desk - it would be nice if there was a button to do this instead - but given that the reception desk is staffed at all times this is not a big issue.

Nice hotel, very helpful staff and nice spa facilities. The breakfast was generous with a mix of traditional Bulgarian and wider European foods.

The noise around the hotel early in the morning, because many buildings are in construction, but this issue is not related to the property and will be maybe only for a limited period of time. The Reception is open until 23.00, but it is communicated on reservation and on all messages you receive from the hotel.

Furniture slightly outdated, but we didn't mind.

Nice hotel and facilities. We used it for transit and were unable to have breakfast as we were leaving quite early in the morning. The staff was very helpful and arranged sandwiches and water for the entire group (11 people). Swimming pool area is very nice. The room is quite big and the bed was comfy.

Nothing comes to mind, everything was great.

I liked the room, it was spacious and very clean, with a small terrace, a TV and an airconditioner. The bed was very comfortable as well. The hotel has a spa with a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, etc included in the price. Has a gym as well. Breakfast buffet was great with a choice for everyone, from eggs and bacon to cereals, pastry, fruit, etc. The location is good, just a 10 min walk from the central square. This hotel was a great find that provided excellent value for the price paid. It was just what I needed after a 4 day hike in the mountains.

The gym and the sauna were not functioning (in all honesty though, the sauna would give off too much heat in the pool area so it was understandable).
