It would have sense to offer touristic leaflets to your guest to inform them about the beautiful places to see in the surrounding.

The room itself was very comfortable with all the needed facilities. Great breakfast. Nice SPA area.

There was too much chlorine in the poll and the sauna was not working. Also the steam room was semi working as it was impossible to turn on the lights and steam at the same time. In overall the SPA center needs a bit more maintanaces

Good place for the price. Breakfast was good. Rooms are good in size with nice balconies. The area though is a bit far from center it is very quiet for resting. There is enough parking space available at the property.

Great value. Wonderful breakfast, different each morning, which kept us going all day, was included ! Very friendly and efficient reception. The pool was warm and pleasant. Nice view from each room.

In the room there isn’t an extra door between the room entrance and the sleeping area and you can hear every noise from the neighbors early in the morning or late at night when you’re trying to sleep. If you’re a light sleeper bring earplugs.

Comfortable and clean room and bathroom, with balcony, fridge, water heater, armchair, etc. Delicious and varied buffet breakfast selection, small pool, sauna area and fitness area, morning shuttle to and afternoon from the ski lift.

It was in the middle of a heatwave and with no air con the room albeit very nice was too warm. Also booking.com screwed up the price and were cancelling the booking with two hours unless I replied to agree to pay more. I was in the middle of a five hour drive, not ideal booking.com

The staff were not very friendly or welcoming. It was quite a walk to the main town centre for restaurants and bars. The hotle is "tired" in it's decor, rather bland, no colour.

Breakfast had a varied choice but the hot dishes where cold by 9am.

The only negative thing was that the bedsheets were not big enough and did not match with our mattress. The location was about 10-13 min. from Gondola Ski station and clubs/bars.

Our stay at Iceberg hotel was great. The staff was really polite and helpful and spoke english very well. The price of our hotel was reasonable. The indoor pool was good, but could be crowded in high seasons periods. The room was very big and with nice view. The breakfast was really good and had almost anything. Whether for business or leisure, I highly recommend the Iceberg Hotel.

Beds are too softy for my taste. Pool is really small.

Very clean apartment, with big bathroom, extra shower cabin with good pressure of water and you have hot water in any time. You have everything you need: bathrobes, towels, you have hairdryer in the bathroom, kettle and fridge. Excellent breakfast and excellent price/quality ratio. Great jacuzzi by pool.

Pull out beds for children to use were very basic, I’d recommend taking a blow up mattress and that solves the only issue
