The last day before we left we asked the receptionist if we could stay and use the outside pools. The answer was no without paying. If you want you could stay before 12.

The spa in the hotel is nice with a lot of different saunas. I was pleasantly surprised that the outside pools were working in the winter and two of those were with hot water. The dinner in the restaurant was simply amazing. All of the staff that we met was nice and helpful.

Tiny little bits of wear and tear but im really struggling to think of anything. Oh heres one, mini fridge was a little noisy so i unplugged it. Oh the hardship. Minifridge was cheap also

We really enjoyed staying here. It was recommended by a local friend. Staff was very nice. Room was nice size and clean, there's a mini bar too. Towels, bathrobes, room slippers and body care products all provided. There was an hairdryer in the bathroom, a safe in the room and a drying rack. AC was nice and working good, bed was comfortable. We booked a room with the entrance for the spa included and the spa facilities are great! You can go to the indoor swimming pool, they have saunas, steam bath and an outdoor pool at 38° which is absolutely amazing, the gem of the hotel. There's another pool accessible from the garden which is covered and it's warm. The other outside pools were not open (I think) but they are in summer. They also have lockers for the spa facilities. I also got a massage (not included in package) and it was very nice. They have a lot of options for those. Included in our stay was breakfast which it was a lot of choice at buffet, we liked everything. We also tried the restaurant a few times, it's really really nice!! Absolutely recommend this hotel, we used it as a our base for our day trips (we went to Bansko, Rila Monastery, and other local places). It wasn't busy at all when we visited but in the summer I think it might be as the swimming pool is open for everyone (including not hotel guests).

SPA was just perfect! Nice warm and clean pools, saunas, great massages! We totally loved it! We also feel in love with the food in the restaurant - everything was so delicious! Location is quiet, the hotel was not too busy itself, it was just great.

The room was not wide enough, I booked a room with a single king bed, I was placed in a room with two paired twin beds, shaky mattresses, tight sheets, noisy refrigerator, noisy ventilation, problems charging an electric car

I had a wonderful experience at Spa Hotel Ezeretz Blagoevgrad, and I highly recommend this place. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious, providing all the comfort I needed for a relaxing night. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and choosing to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant was an excellent decision. The food was served promptly, and the diversity of the menu satisfied my taste buds. The pools were a real highlight, especially those with heated water, adding a special touch to my stay. I also appreciated the included access to the space and facilities offered there, such as the sauna and jacuzzi. The interior courtyard with the pool was beautifully arranged, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the services offered and access to facilities such as the pools and spa. Another remarkable aspect of my experience at Hotel Ezeretz was the flexibility and understanding I received from the staff. Initially, I had a reservation for November 26, but due to unfavorable weather conditions, I faced difficulties reaching the destination. However, the hotel staff proved to be extremely understanding and cooperative. I had the opportunity to change the stay period to December 2 when I returned from Athens, without encountering any problems or additional costs. This flexibility provided me with comfort and safety in planning my trip, highlighting a high level of service and attention to customer needs. I confidently recommend Spa Hotel Ezeretz Blagoevgrad for a relaxing and enjoyable experience, whether you stay for a night or an entire weekend. It is a haven of comfort and hospitality in the area, and I will certainly return with pleasure in the future.

the breakfast is 4/10 basically it is better not to serve the breakfast !!! They give you 4 types of menu to choose and they bring you a plate that you can not eat ! The quality is poor .... and its not a buffet ! It is better to eat outside ! Not a single bottle of water only tap water !the same with the coffe from a vending machine ! not even a filter coffee ! The price for the room and the status of the hotel is double or triple that you can find in the area depends on the season ! Its not new and not a 4 star hotel !

The renovated black room was ok and its 8/10 . There is a private parking for the car ! The hotel is just for the room nothing else and the free parking !

The dark color chosen for the walls really took out all the light from the room. A ceiling lamp would have also been nice, precisely because of that. The hair dryer had a very weak air flow. The hotel is very far away from the center.

The bed was big and comfortable. The toiletries smelled nice, and they offered bathrobes and slipperstoo. There was an extensive spa menu and two pools, so this hotel would be a great choice for relaxing.

The location and the pools are really nice and quiet. The food was really good and the breakfast not too many options, but ok. We only stayed for one night.

The buffet breakfast was decimated with hot items unavailable or looking tired, the tables were messy with spilt food. Limited outside seating. Having visited a number of times in the past it’s a pity the outside seating is limited if you are a non smoker it’s difficult to avoid the cigarette smoke. Constant loud music around the pool. The hotel allows the public into the pool for a charge, so pool can get busy, and poolside loungers are limited at times.

Excellent pools. Secure parking space. Good food in the evening.
