The WiFi was really bad in our room. It was so difficult to explain my 2 year old daughter why her tablet is not working properly.

I liked the fact that this family run house/hotel is really central close to the gondola about 10min walk. The view from the window was spectacular. I loved waking up every morning to see the mountain view. Breakfast every day different and was good. Restaurants so many nearby with good choices of food. Supermarkets and shops everywhere. Good spot for kids there are playgrounds near by. We really loved our stay at Gazei. Ivan the owner is so kind and he even gave us a ride to the bus station.

Great location close to gondola (10min walk). My room was really comfortable and warm. Staff is extremely kind and helpful. There is sauna which you can use anytime for free. Breakfast was good and served from before 7.30am. There is as well other food available in the restaurant. I could leave my luggage there on my last day and come back to change before leaving Bansko. Highly recommended.

Homemade Dinner and breakfast 😋. This place is a Culinary gem, home grown vegetables, pickles and salads, homemade sausages, homemade raspberry wine, jam!! I have never tasted more delicious, mountain grown food, wine, rakia.. Superb!! I will be looking to return in the summer just to taste the food again Proximity to the main lift station - 5 minutes walk Cleanliness! Friendliness of the host! Everything is 10 stars, I couldn't fault the place!

The hotel was really well situated, very clean, comfortable sized apartments , really good breakfast. The owner was really nice and helpful , he helped us with everything. We booked 4 rooms , we went with friends skiing, they arranged also a shuttle for us, everybody was really pleased and loved their staying at the hotel. We also gave for him a traditional palinka , he deserved it.

Small insignificant details, like: the toilet was leaking and I had to fix it every night to stop the noise of water in the tank.

everything looks improvised. room smells like cigarettes and frying. room too hot with no ability to lower the hitting. mattresses were too soft. bathroom was extremely small. water flooded with every shower, shower head could not be mounted to the wall and kept falling , toilet was squeezed between sink and shower diagonally and was shaking as it was not fixed well to the floor. breakfast is tasty, but very basic.
