Unfortunately no maintenance has been done in or around swimming pools. Lots of mosaic tiles came off and not replaced. I have had lots of deep cuts on my toes and feet with lots of blood and it took very long to heal. Many guests complained about the same issue. Very disappointing as it is not safe

Amazing location and is right next to beautiful, sandy beach, beautiful gardens with pomegranates, grapes and figs growing on the trees, lots of swimming pools to choose from, friendly staff.

It is a bit far from the centrum, but not too bad. The bus stop is in walking distance from the hotel. The sofa in the living room should be replaced.

Our car was longer in the service than expected, the free period to cancel/modify our booking for free has passed, so i called the hotel and explained the problem. They moved our booking for several days later without any additional costs. The accommodation is great. We stayed in a 4 star part, it was very clean and with very nice furniture. Has everything what you need for short or long stay and more. It had a washing machine, which we didn't expect, and when you have kids that is great. We liked the outdoor swimming pools and the beach. The small grocery shop is also great. Looking forward to come again!

Nice and good experience, nice and big rooms, all facilities good, nice indoor pool 1.50-1.70 m , nice outdoor pools, good Italian restaurant with nice staff, good food each day. Beach was good, nice one, good and nice entry in the water. Good for kids

We stayed in the hotel which is at 5 minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. I chose the option with breakfast and dinner and it was enough. There were plenty options of food at every meal and very tasty as well. The room was nice and had a small terrace. We received clean towels every day. The access to the 7 outdoor pools was free so that was an option as well. We went during mid september so very close to the end of the season. Therefore it was not too crowded.

There will definitely be a lot of shortcomings, since it is not a new building. Especially in the bath.

The complex itself is very beautiful, full of landscaped gardens and swimming pools. The studio was enough for us, since we ate in the complex. Without food, it would probably be a problem, especially during a long stay. A nice view and a parking lot in the area are definitely a bonus.

The dried, burnt fish and chicken at the Beach Fish restaurant, the first night...but we had a great lunch, soups and desserts there 2 days later. It happens sometimes...

Cleaning of the room could do with a bit of an improvement if we are honest. They changed towels daily and cleaned the floor, but dint do much else.

Room (we had a 1 bed apartment) was very spacious with a sea view. All the pools were clean and not to cold to use, the beach was clean and easy to access.

The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The beach was excellent, great sand, no rocks and child friendly. The food was very good and varied with a lot of options, many changes from day to day. The garden of the resort and the many pools were well maintained.

Food in the main restaurant needs improving. The Italian restaurant is a let down and overpriced. The blind in our bedroom was broken and was letting sunlight in, first thing in the morning. Not a four star experience. We tried to address it with the receptionist, but the staff here is the biggest problem. They are not interested, never smile and sometimes just don’t understand you. Even the sweet Ukrainian girl Nikol, we met last year at the vista bar, had this year an attitude as if she owns the place.

The apartment was spacious, well designed and clean. The whole place is well thought and maintained. Lots of pools to choose from and a beach. Our favourite place to eat remains the fish restaurant at the beach.

The smell in one of the bathrooms. I think this was an apartment owned by a Russian family and being rented out when they were away. No beach bar. As I said it’s very chill and therefore best suited for families with small kids.

Berd good maintained gardens and pools, really good food not overpriced. More like a complex for families with small kids. The beach was very nice. There was also a free party where you didn’t have to pay for an umbrella and sun bed.

Outside of the city, long way to go by feet to shops. People sometimes occupied sunbeds at pools without real using them.

Good choice of meals. Many swimming pools. Always possible to find some sunbeds next to one of the pools. Supermarket inside of complex. Underground parking for free (useful in hot days). Sport attractions on the beach. Bus stop for free bus to aquapark.

Some people didn’t respect the fact that throwing towels on sunbeds and not showing up for more than an hour means that other people couldn’t find free sunbeds all day.

Swimming pools with diversified depth - for us the one with 100 cm was perfect, amazing flowers and trees all around the place (a real Garden of Eden:) , also, very nice beach with white sand and very helpful staff.

The rooms could be renovated because some areas were deteriorated, like the bathroom.

The area is very quiet, the complex is very nice, full of vegetation, with nice pools and nice view. We had sea view, which was amazing. They have 3 restaurants in the complex, with very good food! The atmosphere is so relaxing and it was not as crowded as in the other sea sides.

The furniture and the entire complex is pretty old. Also, the food can be more diverse. Definitely not 5-stars conditions, but a solid 4-stars.

We loved staying at this complex. There were lots of pools to choose from and beautiful gardens. It's on a lovely beach with watersports. We mainly ate at the three restaurants on site. Our favourite was the fish restaurant overlooking the beach (which serves a lot more than fish). I loved the very large pork skewers, which were cooked on the barbecue. We got taxis to Sveti Vlas, the Marina and Sunny Beach on different occasions. The resort has their own taxis, which were very handy. We had a three bedroom apartment which was very spacious and clean. We would love to return sometime.

The furniture in the rooms is quite old, it needs some refurbishing. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom, and we had to leave the ventilation running all the time. There was a big gap between the bathtub and the wall. It was impossible not to splash, and water went under the tub. There was another family with us, and they said that, at some point, the tiles from the bathroom wall just fell off, and also they had some stomach issues. We had no issue with the food, but we mainly sticked to familiar things.

The gardens are very beautiful, i find it very relaxing to sit outside in the evenings. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The food was decent, and we could find things to enjoy at every meal. The beach is very clean and it doesn't get very crowded, the water was pretty clean and perfect for small children.

He had a great time until our sun felt ill due to some summer viruses and spent the rest of our stay in the hospital. Huge complex with literally everything for everyone. Food repetitive but not bad at all. All staff were absolutely helpful at all times. Entertainment isn’t what we expected. Not many engagement for children. However,I would not classified the hotel 5*. I would definitely recommend and would definitely go again. It’s a good 4* hotel.

The food around the complex is not so good - it's difficult to have dinner in the fish restaurant (no seats) and the food in the Italian restaurant.. needs to be changed.

We visit the complex every year, the rooms are very nice, the pools and the beach quite good. We had there everything we needed.
