We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Romania- you cannot pay with a credit card... need I say more? I had to pay cash like a guy from the 90's - there is WIFI on the premise but the password is nowhere to be found in the room so I guess this means no WIFI - parking on premise... but only if there are just 3 cars in the whole city; there is also street parking but using that space all I did was manage to scratch my car because they don't trim the plants; in the end I was able to park inside with the help of the staff - I had a little trouble finding it as it ins the woods and the road leading to it looks like a strange hiking trail

RomaniaThe place is difficult to find, although there are several signs placed at various intersections around it, but we only discovered them in the next couple of days. But even with the signs, it's difficult lo locate the building, which is in the middle of a maze of poor dirt roads. Do not rely on GPS. The roads in its immediate vicinity are disastrous.
Peaceful place, large enough and clean room, large bathroom, well functioning air condition, the hotel is alright for the price, really. The owner was nice to us, too. Breakfast is somewhat monotonous, but for us it was tasty and more than enough. The nearest beach is not far, but not very close, either. But the closest beach is not the best one, so you'll end up driving anyway.

BulgariaThe TV was very small and not working properly. We had to watch movies online. The Wi Fi was limitted in the room, and no internet was available some time in the evenings when too many people connected to it. However, good Wi Fi was available in the lobby all the time. The street leading to the beach had no asphalt and was rocky, but this is a governmental issue.
Nice, helpful, and smiling hostess. Very quite place, good for relaxing, and the view was great - sea and mountains. We spent 3 days in the hotel, enjoyed the beautiful beach which was 5 minutes away by walking, and had our morning coffe on the balcony, which had a really nice view. The hotel was an average one, had some old TVs and not very good WiFi, but it had all we needed, and I would visit it again if I had a chance. For this kind of money, it was definitely worth it. If you seek more luxurious places, then this is not for you.

RomaniaThe fact that in the bathroom there was a persistent smell of sewage. The breakfast was basic and not that varied.
The staff was very nice and willing to help. The location was quiet and close to one of the private beaches. When I have asked for extra food at breakfast it was provided. The breakfast even if it was basic it contained fresh local products like cheese, local vegetables, egg, pancakes, tea, butter, bread so acceptable if you stay just for a few days.

The owner is a very nice person. The breakfasts were basic, but very good. The place is very quiet, good to relax. Also, we had a very nice sea view.

Romania- the AC unit is full of mold: we didn’t use it during our stay due to health hazards; we had to endure tropical nighttime temperatures. - the bathroom tap and shower are old and gross looking; we had to brush our teeth with bottled water, again due to health hazards. - there is no shower courtain and the mop was dirty as well so we didn’t have the courage to use it. - there is a strong smell of mold on the hallway; I suspect it’s because the windows can’t be opened. - also the bathroom either smells of sewer or mold. - once you remove the pillow bedsheets you notice they are stained; we didn’t have the courage to check further.
The lady at the entrance was always kind and we could understand each other even though there was a clear English language barrier.
