We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe chalet was lovely. It was also well-heated, which is essential for drying your ski clothes at the end of the day. We also had a private entrance which made it really easy to get back from nights out. The owner Dayan was also such an accommodating host. He drove us to and from the ski lift every day, provided snacks during our transfer, and was always happy to teach us about Bulgarian culture and history. I would definitely stay here again!

GreeceWe visit Bansko every year. The man at the reception was the most kind and helpfull man we have met in Bulgaria after so many years! The room was clean and warm, the hotel was the best choice for this amount of euros per night. Highly recommend because we NEVER like hotels in Bansko and this one was the best choice.

This is our fifth visit to Bansko and our first in this hotel. Any other hotel is not compared to this one. Big, clean, and cozy room, private wood fireplace, spectacular view, perfectly maintained and decorated building, the hospitality and availability of Demian, the host, generous breakfast - we will come back again and again.

GreeceOur stay at Famil Hotel was just excellent. Really warm rooms, plenty of spaces and cozy design. The breakfast was the best we ever had in a hotel. Really, nothing negative to say. Like all these weren't enough, our host Dayan was a really helpful and kind gentleman who ensured our stay would be terrific. He was preparing our coffee every morning and even waiting longer on our check-in because our flight was late. He didn't even charge us extra. At the checkout, he gifted us a special red wine that he had made on his own back to 2009. We will definitely come again!

GreeceThe couch on the living room felt really dirty as it was full of stains and dirt that was built over it over time. Also, the property's description on booking was pointing out the fireplace as the best feature of this property but when we asked for logs to light it up, the hotel charged us 15 euro for a big basket of logs.. In our opinion the logs should be included in the room's price or if otherwise, to at least mention in the property's description on booking that there's a price of 15eur for being provided with logs for the fireplace.
Very cosy chalet really warm and neat! Location is great. Staff was also great!

GreeceThe Famil hotel is a small hotel with excellent aesthetics. Located in a prime location in the city of Bansko, it offers comfortable and clean rooms and very welcoming accommodation! (Thank you Deyan). The pluses of the hotel are the exquisite lobby, dominated by a copy of Vermeer's most famous painting, while every corner hides a small decorative treasure. Don't miss tasting the excellent quality wines!

The room was warm and comfortable and there was a very comfortable chair on the balcony. The host was amazing. Not only did he cook me a delicious meal each evening, he provided breakfast each morning, including a freshly cooked omelette. He was also kind enough to drive me to the bear sanctuary and also to provide a transfer to Plovdiv both at very reasonable rates. He was an interesting man and I enjoyed talking with him.
