Nothing major really, just some smaller details here and there. Ex: no need to have all these Wet Floors signs scattered in public areas! They make the place look cheap, these are only for when someone is mopping and/or in case of spillage... Gather the kids games ( arcade) in a dedicated point near the kids club rather than by the entrance of block A of the resort, gave a bit of a messy impression. Food and drinks could be with some more variety & rotation ex: snacks, maybe think of a theme night for some of the dinner buffets. There is a astro turf pitch for football or tennis but seems like no much is done with it.

The room was spacious, pretty modern and well equipped ( blow dryer, decent size tv, functioning AC), clean, with a nice poolside view & balcony. Very little noise coming in. I would just recommend replacing the shower curtain with a plexiglass, which is more effective in preventing water from splashing out and more hygienic. Nice swimming pool, with a good size for both adults and kids section too. Additionally, also the 4 water slides were fine but with some limitations in terms of availability ( just a couple hours in morning and afternoon) and access (min. height 1.30 m) for the kids and the highest one required 1.50 m Food & drinks: Considering the resort has to cater for over 600 rooms when it gets close to being full and also the fact that it is an all inclusive, the overall quality is ok, from breakfast to snacks by poolside, bars drinks and dinner buffet. 3 restaurants also offer dinner with a selected menu, we tried the Mexican and Asian, the setting is ok but the food is definitely far from being authentic, yet still an ok alternative to the standard buffet. Beach proximity and free access was great and a real plus in such location, same as the waterfront promenade reaching the center of Sunny Beach about 1.5km away. Staff: in general quite friendly, helpful and approachable, although I noticed that some more in depth training could be used in the restaurants just 1 example is the clearing and resetting tables when busy...some table remained dirty for periods over 15 min with seagulls feasting on leftovers) , bars and customer service overall.

I think there's too much rules and schedules, the best slider only runs 2 hours per day, breakfast is a bit short and cocktails are normally weak.

The club is amazing and affordable, principally if you get the premium stay. Loads of food and drinks, amenities. The beer station in the beach is amazing

I’m hoping it end of season blues but I found reception staff not so eager to work with guests with some additional issues. The other staff acted like they were pleased to see you.

Kiko the animation staff is the reason I’ll return. As I don’t have young children to enjoy the water park I though it a shame until he came and kindly encouraged me to join some NEW games with strangers who became friends.

The cleaning ladies do not speak any language and have absolutely no idea what to do. You always have to make a complaint to get new towels and toilet papers, etc. Asking anything from the reception is just like a lottery: sometimes you are lucky and they do what you want, but mostly they promise but nothing happens...

The quality and variety of food was great every time. Sometimes the pancake ran out and it happened that you had to wait for the table to be cleaned. Most of the barmen were kind and quick, they made superb cocktails.

Sofa bed is like sleeping at a prison, very uncomfortable and the pillows where strange size. Food was mediocre, but tbh, all the food even outside the hotel was. Drinks where the worst part. The beer seemed to be close to zero percent alcohol. The soft drinks where always flat. Shorts seemed to be the way or wine.

Very clean, great location straight onto the beach or straight to the pool, food was there all the time. Entertainment was good.

While you enter the main lobby the hotel looks great the rooms area is like entering a different hotelm

The pools and slides are very nice, the main kitchen staff was very nice and helpful providing us separate dishes gluten free for our kid

A big minus is the lack of an elevator in the hotel, it would be also nice if there was at least a bottle of water in the room, freezing water in swim pools.

Great location, many swimming pools for children and adults, pool bar. The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location right next to the beach, with plenty of sun loungers available. Hotel ideal for families with children.

No wifi in room. Water slides only open for part of the day. Height restrictions too severe for type of slide. My 11 year old could only go on one slide.

Hotel on the beach front. Dedicated sunloungers and parasol for evrika customers so always somewhere to sit on the beach. Poolside snack bar great for the kids as they could have as much pizza and chips as they wanted.

The stairs leading to the restaurant and the elevator ( the elevator works too slow, so slow that we thought it is broken). The restaurant is noisy but it is a fault of many all inclusive resorts, however it was very, very clean and the food was tasty, plenty and diversified.

It is a clean and well organized hotel. Our room was big, with a double bed, bunkbeds and a sofa. The room was very spacious. The pools and waterslides offer a variety of options to spend time at leisure. Very good animation team and shows in amphitheater, a warm thank you to Jivco that steered us to petanque. The private beach is sandy, the water was perfect, clear and warm, the entrance in the sea is shallow for a good distance and convenient for children.

What I didn´t like was that the water in the pool was very cold even it was warm and sunny weather (even in the pool for small children). The activities for smaller children could be also improved.

The location is very good, just on the promenade/beach. The food was excellen the rooms always clean and nice :-)
