Very large room, helpful & friendly staff, diverse breakfast, great sauna for tense relief after along day of ski

One of the reception ladies, the one with the hair in a ponytail, seemed to have difficulty understanding English or the principles of making guests feel welcomed. She kept all of our IDs at the reception throughout our entire stay and insisted that we bring her the room key after checkout. This was the only place we've been asked to do this.

There was a lot of dust on the shelves and curtains were full of dust also.

The food was very nice. The room was very big and had all the necessary things e.g. refrigerator, heating, kitchen, hairdryer etc.

The furniture in apartment is a little bit older. The heating was on all night and the apartment was too warm. Maybe the reason is the location of my apartment (just by side of the spa center), but it's definitely to warm for my taste.

Good location, excellent breakfast, vary clean place. Apartments were cleaning daily, hotel is located in quite area, but just 100 metets away from main street and gondola lift. What blew me away and impressed me was the pleasant staff who was working the second shift. Salute to the senior and experienced team, especially Niko. You guys are the reason why I will return to this hotel. Exeletnt place for families with children. Prices in the restaurant and lobby bar are more than OK.

The room booked promised a Microwave which was absent and no cooking pans which was annoying.

All staff were excellent , friendly but not intrusive making for a very relaxed time. Although some furniture maybe slightly tired it was absolutely acceptable. It would appear that everywhere was freshly decorated, room was warm. Breakfast was to a good standard with plenty of choice and staff on hand for assistance if needed.

Spot on location. Just 5 minutes walk from gondola, shops, restaurants and bars. Warm and cosy surroundings. Good wholesome breakfast. Laundry changed regularly. TV. Shuttle bus if required. Highly recommended.

The rooms were kinda noisy, the walls were relatively thin. The bed was not super comfortable but adequate. Overall the hotel's aesthetic is a little bit outdated.

The room was clean and spacious. Also the hotel provides a shuttle bus to get you to the gondola, so you will not have to walk in your ski gear! Inside the rooms and generally around the hotel it was very warm from the heating.

games room a little underwhelming with only table tennis to speak of and the gym was a little tired but still good to use

The sound between apartments is very loud and with annoying neighbors then you have some unwanted noise. The SPA is very small and the facilities are low.

The breakfast could be better. Some of the days toilet was smelling bad. The boiler was leaking.

Everything was good. We were happy with the location. Staff was friendly. Spa was clean and comfortable. They were cleaning the room every day.

Saunas werent hot enough (my estimate is 70°C for Finnish sauna and in steam sauna there was around 30°C and no steam)

Breakfast from 7, corridors very overly hot and rooms got very hot in middle of the night.

Room was nice enough and had everything we needed. Breakfast was very very good, huge variety. Could start a bit earlier as needed to get into gondola queue early. Nice to have pool and spa facilities and shuttle bus to the Gondola (it is easy enough to walk too). In good location for restaurants and bars in the town

serious dust on the closets and cupboards, the kitchen hood filters not cleaned, neither the snow and ice on the balcony, limited cutlery, shower without curtain, minimalist closets for clothes I didn't print the price proposal and is not marked on the confirmation, sorry to the hotel if I'm wrong, but I'm sure it was presented as a 2 bedroom apartment of 120 sqm, what we got was a 2 bedroom maximum 70 sqm

decent value for money but in no way is this a 4* hotel, give it 2 or 3*. nice staff and reactive on call for maintenance problems

Great location, very welcoming personnel, ski rent at a good price, transfer to gondola and back, spacious rooms. The hotel is great for those who are skiing or snowboarding in Bansko!

I really enjoyed the week we spent in Bansko. The hotel is nice, close to anything that might interest you. Our room was large and comfortable, breakfast was ok, good coffee and warm croissants. The staff are really friendly, especially Radi, who is also very kind and efficient. I would definitely come back again.

SPA is perfect, breakfast very good, Bar full of everything, barman makes very good cocktails, Parking free, in general, all stuff are good English speaking front desk, bar man, waiters in breakfast all know English
