I chose this hotel because of the pool; however, the pool was not working, and no one informed me about it until I arrived at the hotel. It would have been sufficient if someone had simply notified me via message before my arrival that the pool was out of service, as it wasn’t an unforeseen malfunction but a renovation that was surely planned and started earlier.

The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was quite good. The location is great, close to the pedestrian zone, right in the city centre. The property has its private parking garage, which is charged additionally, but it is possible to park nearby for free.

The room could have been cleaner. It was a bit messy, with noticeably dirty doors and some other areas that needed attention.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The outdoor pool and bar are lovely and well-maintained. The hotel provided towels and robes for both the pool and spa, which was a nice touch. The gym is very well-equipped, offering everything you need for a good workout. The receptionists were friendly and spoke excellent English.

Some walls had their paint peeling off and there were multiple stains on the carpet.

Great location and polite staff! Overall the hotel is very clean! I recommend if you need to stay in the city center.

Staff in the restaurant not very professional or pleasant tbh Breakfast was a let down not refreshed during service So if you’re arriving mid breakfast it’s not great

It was loud during the night.Young, unexperienced stuff who called us twice to have us explain that we had 2 reservations on the same name and wasnt able to help with the loud music during the night or the general room issues.

1. The jacuzzi wasn’t working and it actually hasn’t been functioning for quite a while. One of the reasons we chose the hotel was the jacuzzi. 2. The room was nice but dusty. 3. The walls were scratched-partly on the bed side and clothes hanger. 4. The hotel restaurant is expensive and the food is NOT what you’d expect. 5. Overall, value for money not best option.

Central location, nice staff both in the hotel and the restaurant. The pool was cool the water temperature was perfect.

The minibar fridge didn't cool anything and actually radiated heat. Thankfully the air con was excellent to counteract this

The room was spacious, comfortable, clean. The bathroom was small but actually I perfectly furnished, including a bath tub Our room was on the same floor as the rooftop pool which was delightful in the hot weather. The breakfast was adequate with a lot of choices and although it was a machine, the espresso was really good Towels to use at the pool and dressing gowns made everything very comfortable

-the air conditioner in the hotel needs to be changed ASAP. They gave us a van (thanks a lot to the lady at the reception :) it saved us during the night! It was 27 C degrees in our room, it was too much for our baby. - everything else is ok!

- The hotel is very well located, a little park very close (with a playground for kids) - The rooms are spacious, the bed was confortable - We parked just in front of the hotel, in the street, but it was quite secure (the underground parking has very few places and it was not recommended by the hotel) - you can relax in the pool after a long travel journey - breakfast is ok (but if you come after 9AM there is not much left to eat. but we're the coffee&croissant breakfast type of people, so it didn't bothered us a lot). -thank you for changing our room when we asked for it, because it was too hot in the first one.

The shape of the indoor pool and the central was an issue affecting the direction of uninterrupted swimming. The breakfast area was rather plain given the adjacent attractive restaurant space.

the sauna should be included at this price the service at the hotel restaurant is very bad, one customer receives the food and the other from the same table after 15 or 20 minutes
