... After checking apartment deeply , you can see all this mess from previous guests. Sand on the floor, to many dust everywhere. I don't have problem with self service during holiday, it's fine for me to clean my mess. Maybe only our apartment was in bad condition, or it's normal in Bulgaria (same in Montenegro), just change bed-clothes, clean the toilet and it's fine.

First impression was very good. Very nice complex, you can hear the sea wave. Also personal was kind. The apartment looks very nice and big, separate kitchen with living room and bedroom. There was also small storage room. Overall place is nice, quiet, all you need is relax on the beach. But ...

That was the worst mattress I've ever encountered... It was like laying on a stone beach. The toilet flush was broken and we had to push down a sharp plastic! The bathroom sink drain had parts missing making it easy to loose items up to 3-4cm in diameter down them.

Lovely location near the beach - it was just down a flight of stairs. The apartment we were staying in was very spacious and it had sea view, even though it said it doesn't in the description. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

The curtains are quite transparent and draperies are missing. Therefore was an issue with the sleep for the small kids(toddlers) as they woke up as soon as 6-7 am because of light. Normally they use to sleep until 8-9 am. Also we had problems putting them to sleep at noon.

Good location with a nice balcony with view to the sea. Good kitchen amenities and quite spacious.

The shower in one of the bathrooms was leaking water all over the floor when someone took a shower. I asked for an iron for clothes, but didn't receive any.

Aside from the towels that were provided,the apartment did not have toilet paper or toiletries of any kind.Also,the shower was leaking, leaving a huge puddle in most of the bathroom, after every usage. The apartment was not very clean,the surfaces seemed dirty,especially in the kitchen and bathroom.

The property was very spacious and had a wonderful balcony (with sea view).

How close the apartment was to the beach. The view to the black sea was stunning! The staff accommodated for use very well. They were very responsive and hospitable.

The apartment was not very clean, when we arrived. The parking lots are overcrowded, bud we always find a place. In the bathroom are missing shelves and hooks.

The apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids. We appreciate two bathrooms. It has also a balcony with the view to the see. The kitchen is equippet with the basic kitchen clutters, microvave, stove. The fridge has also a freezer. Wifi has a good signal.

The first room we were given was in bad shape. The shower was flooding the bathroom, the bathroom door was molded at the bottom, the curtains didn't cover the windows, the door to the terrace didn't work well and the bed was nothing but springs. The second rooms hot water heater stopped working after a few days, and it wasn't fixed while we were there. They gave us access to another shower, though. It definitely wasn't rated correctly on Booking.com. The quality was poor at best.

The staff was excellent. We talked to them about the problems in the first room we were given, and they found us a better one very quickly. They also helped us with some other small problems.
