A small, cozy hotel with great location, to the beach and the center. Good breakfast service, you get to choose from the menu one meal and one drink. Friendly staff.

Air conditioning wasn’t working well so we had to keep the balcony door open and was a bit loud due to traffic.

The shower room is very cramped. The curtain literally sticks to your body when you shower. And of course the whole hotel needs to be renovated. But if it would be so. The price would not such low

Noisy boulevard. The lights from the street during the night make it hard to sleep since the curtains aren't thick enough.

The breakfasts were terrible, with a limited menu selection. The pancakes seemed to be fried the day before, reheated, and didn't taste fresh. The same goes for the vegetables. The breakfast with a sausage was cold and not fresh either. We had breakfast included for the entire stay, but we only used it once. As for room cleaning, it was limited to just bringing new towels, as the bed was left unmade. Additionally, items like shampoo and soap were not replenished. Furthermore, at night, there were strange banging sounds and loud conversations that prevented us from sleeping.

Good location, just a few minutes from the main street, the southern bus station, and the coast. There's a small shop nearby. The staff was very friendly.

My only major complaint is the lack of electrical sockets in the room for charging devices. I had to search behind the refrigerator, which was highly inconvenient. The hotel should address this issue, as it is not normal in this day and age.

When we came into the room we could smell cigaretes

Perfect location, only 2-3min to the beach by walk. 5-8 min to the city centre. The room was really speacious. Quite variuos breakfast meniu and olso tasty.

The hotel is good in a nice central location close to the beach and bus/train station. The guy at the reception was really nice and helpful. After the check out we could even leave our luggage there for couple of hours.

We checked in after hours and the hotel gave is clear instructions to access the keys via a key safe. We met staff in the morning, who were lovely and helpful.

Breakfast was a bit limited; there were a number of options, but I had to choose between them, and I was offered one drink with it. I prefer a buffet system, as in a couple of comparably priced hotels I stayed in elsewhere in Bulgaria.

Nice, spacious, comfortable room with convenient desk, large bathroom and vigorous shower. Excellent location a few minutes' walk only from museums and restaurants of central Burgas, beach, station, bus station and port.
