We were not happy to find two single beds while we book a double room as a couple...Hotel is a bit warn out and needs some investments in order to offer more comfort to the guests, especially in the bathroom. Breakfast can be also a bit more attractive, maybe if additional items can be offered at an extra cost. As in many other hotels, the pictures of the rooms in booking.com were looking much better than the reality.

Nicely situated and close to the old town and to the nearby beaches, and the same time was very quiet and there was no noise from the surrounding attractions. Staff was very polite and helpful with offering directions to the parking lot and to the old town.The room was very clean and had a nice little balcony, eventhough was facing the opposite blocks of apartments and there was no sea view. In general was ok for the amount of money we have paid, but we have been in better accommodations at the same cost.

The hotel is comfortable located closely to the beach. Bright and clean rooms. It is the property manager who is the soul of this place that makes it so special. Always caring, attentive to the detail, with amazing customer approach, friendly and cheerful. We stayed in low season - end May and we enjoyed 5-star service.

Our bathroom didn’t have a window and the ventilation wasn’t so good, but I saw other rooms have a bathroom with a window, so it depends on what room you get.

The hotel is very well situated, 5 minutes walking distance to the beach, 10-15 minutes walking distance to the old city of Sozopol, there are shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is run by a family and they are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, but not a buffet, you had a choice between a few preset meals you could choose from.

Everything is perfect! My husband liked so much, the owner is very friendly, he guided us for the parking lot, yes it's paid one. Will looking forward to come again if we visited Sozopol next year. Thank you!

The pillows are very hard and uncomfortable. Not having a power socket next to the bed. Long waiting time until breakfast is served.

Nice and friendly staff ready to help you with any problem. Close to the Harmanite Beach. Many shops in the hotel area. Beautiful sea view. Parking place, ~500 m from the hotel. 10 leva/day (cash only)!

Breakfast - which is no way fit to the definition of continental. No cheese, no butter, no jam, no honey, no boiled egg. The matress of the bed - hard for us, lack of shades on the terrace. No electric kettle, although is listed on booking description.

Location of the hotel, smiling staff, the terrace of the apartment and the view. Unfortunately the terace has no shades, no umbrella, therefore it can be used only after 8 P. M.

It was clean, very friendly staff, it is very close to the beach and also close to old town for evening walks, they have their own restaurant with a discout for those who stay there. The breakfast is varied and you can ask for several portions if not enough. There is also underground parking at extra charge which is better then leaving the car on the side of the road on public parking.

-The beds could be more comfy, but I did get some sleep :)

-Super friendly staff. -We had a room on the last floor overlooking the sea. Beautiful view. -It seems you can have a daily cleaning, which we didn't use, but there's an option. -Great location. Just by the beach. The "Central" beach is much nicer than the one nearby, but you can get there fast. -Spacious room. -SILENCE at night!! No sound of seagulls!!!

Breakfast could be better, but it is compensated by the price of accommodation and the location.

It is located just a stone thrown from the beach, local market, various food outlets and 15 minutes walk from the old town. Decent size of balcony allows you to relax evening time. Highly recommended.
