We stayed at the building 1, where the reception is. It is a bit old building and furniture and bathroom is a bit old. Every time when we had a shower the water was leaking to the floor.

Location is good, close to the city centre, shops and pubs. Easy to get to ski slopes. Very, very warm room. SPA facilities were good.

More variety, more cleanliness on the tables. Improve the juice quality. Improve the quality of the meat - but again if we judge from the price perspective everything was ok ! We will be back there in the future of course.

Breakfast was not the great but enough if you judge from the price you paid. All the reviews should be in accordance with payment. More variety can be a bonus for them. Unfortunately for them, the complex was not full.

Nice complex at the ending part of Bansko. It has a good pool, nice sauna and steam, small gym. Rooms are clean and big for the stay.

The appearance of the rooms is slightly outdated. The room was not cleaned during the 4 days (the trash was picked up once), but maybe because it was New Year's Eve. Breakfast and dinner quite modest.

The apartment was spacious and warm, the spa services were very good, the staff friendly and kind. There is a shuttle to the ski gondola.

There wasn't a fridge in the room. I would prefer a shower not a bathtub in the bathroom. Also, there was not a window in the bathroom and the fan didn't work. The water in the pool was cold and we were extremely disappointed, because the main reason we booked this hotel was the indoor pool.

It was clean, warm and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The staff was polite. There is a parking in the hotel.

Water drain in bathroom didn’t work at all!! When shower was taken the water was everywhere, even in room.

Attitude of some staff working in the bars on the slopes...whether it's because we're English or a cultural thing......found them rude

Location of the hotel is quiet, out from the Apres of the Gondola, but within easy walking of the old town and mehana's ....Well tended slopes....quality hire equipment at comparable prices to other European resorts

The restaurant and the food. We ordered a dinner and waited for 90mins without getting anything. the waiter was saying its ready its ready but we never actually received the food. Breakfast is 2/10.

Not very nice surroundings, no restaurants near by. Room had noisy radiators. You cand hear the water poring all night long. I needed to shut them down in order to get some sleep. Water pooring from bathroom plumbing. Very bad smell in the bathroom. Man guarding the pool room pretty rude. He turned off the lights at 7.45 from the pool screaming to leave (it closes at 20).

I liked the pool, sauna and ping pong room. Ok equipt kitchen.
