Bathroom was very warn out and badly needs refurbishing but functional , bedroom door old fashioned and needed to be locked from the inside to keep the room safe when leaving the room

Free parking is on front of the hotel. stuff was pleasant, talked English at reception. Room was pretty good although renovation would be needed. Bed was comfortable.

The receptionist upon arrival did not speak English and the spa needed some attention for renovation. There was no safe for valuables in the room as listed and the robes and slippers was of lowes quality and 1 robe was missing so we had to ask for one more.

The breakfast and dinner was amazing. The views from the balcony and the room was good.

The hot tub was out of order. Overall, the room facilities were dated. The spa facilities were basic and dated. The hotel was some distance away from the town centre.

The room was a bit dirty. The bed board was extremely dusty. There was a bathub in the bathroom, but the plug was missing, so we couldn't use it. The jacuzzi water looked dirty as well. The pool area was messy and unkept. The sauna was good.

They allow pets.

There is only one....the spa zone and swimming pool are too small for the capacity of this hotel.

The mini bar was empty. The curtain in the bathroom was with growing mold. The bathrobe was tattered. In the pool area on the ceiling there were traces from flooding or simply the ceiling was peeling, not sure which one. The pool floor was missing tiles. The nozzles of the jacuzzi were half working and the water was dirty. For 4* hotel it's unacceptable!

The breakfast and dinner were plenty. They accept dogs for a small additional tax ~5 eur.

breakfast was generally ok, but there was very poor selection of bread (just common, white bread) the locks in the room were damaged, they did not work properly hotel location is a bit far away from the centre of the town there was only one lift in the hotel and it was occupied all the time or we had to wait for it long enough to choose the staircase instead

breakfast was OK (good drinks, some selection of cheese, eggs, some veggies, many carbohydrate options) nice, basic SPA for the guests nice staff at the reception <3 big and comfortable bed, clean room (everything was clean actually), lovely natural soap in the bathroom

The hotel was in a good location within walking distance of the old centre. We enjoyed using the spa and pool facilities and the buffet breakfast and dinner provided an excellent range of good food.

The bathroom was not so good, the pool was small, the garden with the sun lounger was too small to be honest for the hotel.

Overall good food during breakfast, the rooms were big, the spa section (except the pool and the area for catching the sun) were perfect, big saunas and steam bath.

The bed, the room had mold, there was water on the bathroom floor, the knob was broken and we cut ourselves. In the first room that we stayed there was a problem with the key card and the electricity went off, after a few calls they gave us a different room (without a fridge)

The rooms we booked have been on different floors, one with a great view of the mountains, the other one to the opposite side. There are only a few bedsuns and we could not find where to sit at the pool.

The room has not been cleaned good enough, so they moved us to another room where the situation was the same. The furniture is outdated and the pool could be better maintained.

Water was dripping from the ceiling in the fitness- staff knew about it, but fitness was opened, no note No mosquito nets (yet we had no mosquitos on the last floor) No shower curtain in bathroom
