Dining room staff weren’t helpful….sometimes pretty useless.

Value for money. Anyone who complains about the decor, or the lift, or the pool,….booked this hotel because it was the cheapest with the facilities available. If they paid more, I’m sure they could have got a nice boutique hotel…but they didn’t. Breakfast was an unbelievable massive spread. Evening food was just as good as in town, but 1/3 cheaper. Give it a go.

There weren’t chairs on the balcony. Don’t understand why. There is only one elevator. It was busy, even outside winter season. Can imagine how it is in the winter. Spa was okay, but for a 4 star hotel expected more. What really bothered me, there was water machine in the spa, as it should. But when the water tank was empty, nobody changed it for 2 days, even though i’ve asked. Restaurant was okay. Just eat something regular. For example, don’t order Ceaser salad 😀

The room was spacious, clean. It had good balcony and the bathroom was clean.

People smoking at the garden part of the restaurant, we had to switch tables twice, as they are close to each other and the smoke was bothersome. Slightly dated rooms in need of renovation, but overall good.

Great value for money, good rooms with a bath tub for a nice quiet relaxing after the trip. Good breakfast.

The restaurant was awful I was the only one there and it took 30 minutes to get the food The staff was very rude and not nice in general And when they saw I’m willing to spend money they changed their attitude

The restaurant was a bit small to accommodate everyone for breakfast and the pool area was a bit on the small side as well. Balconies don't have any separation between them.

Clean and tidy rooms, in a easy to get location not too far away from the town centre. The surrounding were quiet, perfect for a nice rest. The breakfast that was included was really tasty and various. Spa area was nice, the pool was warm.

It's a nice hotel with amazing views towards the mountains. There are hiking trails a short drive away and plenty of great places to eat. The staff is friendly and always available. We especially liked the homemade cakes during dinner.

WI-FI IN THE ROOM WAS TRAGIC. AT LOBBY BAR WAS 100 MBPs BUT IN THE ROOM WAS 0,170 MBPs. I TOLD THAT TO THE DESK OFFICER,BUT NOTHING WAS CHANGED

unprofessional staff, the bathroom was never cleaned and the room tidied up, towels and bathrobes for the SPA were never changed I was just ignored because I spoke in English and maybe they didn't understand

The hotel needs serious refurbishment, the heater was not working at all, we used the air conditioning for heating the room, the staff also brought us an electric heater The curtain in the bathroom was about to fall, the sinking from the bathtube was not working properly, the hairdryer also did not work; everything in the pool area needs refurbishment; Only one wardrobe for a familiy of 2 adults and 2 kids, the towels also need replacement; The food was acceptable, but not tasty, lack of variety However we appreciated the staff''s willingness to help and solve most of the issues we found.
