What I did not like was being questioned about our eligibility to have a free breakfast by the waitress. The hotel was sharing the breakfast facilities with the hotel opposite, and the guests there had to explain to the waitress their room number etc. This was very embarrassing when we just wanted to sit down and eat our breakfast.

The breakfast was jolly good food wise with plenty to choose from. No complaints about the food.

Price is ok, but the receptionist was talking at the phone with some friend or family when we arrived, and she did not rushed to finish her conversation; we had to wait. Also the bathroom products were poor for a 4 stars hotel

I didn’t like that the room wasn’t so clean as I expected( i found few dead bugs near the coffee machine). The restaurant is opened until 10:30 p.m and we arrived around 10 p.m. so first it has been said that is closed but in the end we could order something to eat in the room because was a wedding in the restaurant. In the morning when we wanted to have breakfast I had to ask to the lady to check with the reception our booking because she said that we don’t have breakfast included.

I booked deluxe apartment so I liked the spacious room, clean towels and that we had complimentary water.

We asked for more instant cafe for the room but were told that it was only for free for the first day. This is the first time that I have experienced something like this. I mean, we are speaking about instant coffee! Come on! The rooms are quite soundproof but nontheless every night we heard people party in other room or even outside on other balconies…

Principally it was OK and we appreciated the baby bed! The triple room has a lot of space.

The room was spacious, and so was the bathroom, there was plenty of parking space nearby, the cafe offered good breakfast options and coffee.

What we really did not like are: curtains (since they are really dirty, in some brown spots(???) for some reason), and also we did not like the shower cabin, since it is half open, and you can not close it, because of that the bathroom is 'flooding'. My grandma was in a different room and she saw cockroaches, the door to the balcony was broken, toilet did not work, and shower as well. She went to the receptionist to talk, and the door to the balcony still did not work :/ and a shower worked really bad, so she was very disappointed. Also, we were given a towel that has loooots of holes :/ Also, walls were dirty (in some places). P.S. photos of my grandma's room I do not have since she told me about the situation very late.

I really liked the staff. They are kind and easy to communicate, since everyone speaks English. Also, location is pretty good, not far away from the sea (it takes you 15 minutes, if you go by bus, to reach the sea and city center). Also, the room has a very strong isolation and noises outside are not heard at all. The view from the balcony is beautiful and it can be seen the way airplanes take off and land. Also, the room is cozy, conditioner works good, there is the table, chair, a really comfortable bed, and I liked lightning in the room.

Nothing really! I traveled for business &with a car & it was an excellent choice!!! Maybe for 4* someone would expect a coffee machine in the room, but there is a cafe in ground floor. Also, there are dark curtains but they don't lock on the side of the wall.

The hotel is located in the entrance of the city when you come from Sofia.It is outside the centre but it's easy to get around by car& parking is very comfortable. The rooms are spacious enough, clean & renovated equipped with boiler/tea& slippers. I would definitely stay again!

The staff every morning had cigarettes on a balcony next to our room and was impossible to keep a window open because of the smell. They were laughing and talking so loud that even with the window closes would still wake you up or disturbing you. I had to ask for garbage bags, coffee and tea because they never refilled it.
