We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

very good hotel, chosen for the highest score on booking.com. expectations were confirmed, because the one-night stopover in Ruse was very comfortable. The area in which it is located is not the most picturesque in Ruse, but the purpose of the stay, a stopover in another destination, made this disadvantage not important. breakfast is ok, not spectacular, but correct. the staff is very very kind and helpful. we will definitely come back if there will be another opportunity

Romania1. The well maintained garden in the back is also the "terrace" that all rooms are sharing (all rooms are on the ground floor). There is no privacy if you want to relax on "your terrace" as the others will be so close to you and you can hear everything they are talking. Also, all the smoke from the neighbours went in my room when I opened the window in the morning for some fresh air. Not cool for my child. 2. Sometime around 23:30 when was really quite and fresh air and trying to sleep with the window opened, a crazy vibrating sound started - by the sound of it I guess it was the washing machine of the hotel hidded somewhere in the corner of the garden. All guests woke up and opened their door, trying to understand what’s happening. Even after closing the door/window, the sound was still annoying for another 20 minutes.
A newly built hotel converted from an apartments building. Moder furniture, very clean rooms, polite and helpful staff. Decent breakfast and not too bad location. Well maintained garden in the back. Underground parking (20BGN extra) which worth in my opinion.

The hotel seems quite new, is located close to the Danube River and there are plenty of free parking spaces in the street. The room was large and we had a small terrace in the garden, which was really nice. Breakfast was good and the staff was lovely.
