Breakfast can be improved. Also some shower gel would be preferable instead of soap, but it is a personal preference.

good, traditional Bulgarian breakfast, clean and large enough room, functional fridge and TV, comfortable bed. Quiet area, although we had windows facing the street, I can't say that the traffic noise was bad for us. The cheerful and kind staff, they satisfied all our requirements, the restaurant is clean and well stocked, the food is cooked with great attention and very varied, I mention here a grilled beef steak that was beyond expectations.I was impressed by the garden of the inn, arranged with great taste, an oasis of peace and relaxation regardless of the time of day

Food was a bit pricey and salty :). For us adults was good and tasty, but for 2 years old child not very healthy. Regarding the prices: we compared with a Veliko Tarnovo downtown high recommended and good restaurant which whas cheaper.

Almost everything was perfect. I would go back there. The location is really nice, clean and nicely arranged. Great facilities.

No elevator so you have to carry the luggage by the stairs. This isn’t a bug deal, it was easy.

The location was amazing - beautiful nature park and inside gardens.The buildings were stunning- preserved old building and matching new buildings. In the restaurant they served delicious and distinguished food. Experienced waiters and first class service. Magnificent and cozy property with fresh air and great service.

On the other hand I found the beds not comfortable also for the price of money I was expecting a rich breakfast, in this case it was 2x types of smoked meat, 2x types of cheese, bread, 2x type of veggies, coffee & tea..in my opinion very basic. The restaurant which is within the bigger group of hotels has a bit overpriced menu for what they serve you in return, however if compared to their second restaurant 'primo gusto' (Italian style) which is 200m away .. there you pay for a glass of house wine a total of 16lv but the quality is no more than 5-6lv. The place itself is cozy, the staff is again on level, however still the prices are way above from the level of food and portions you are given.

Well, the facility is right within the entrance of the village with a very easy way to get to the parking and from there to the reception area. There is a mini-forest inside.. it seems during the summer you can even dine outside which is great. During our stay the staff was very polite & helpful.

Everything was really great.

The hotel is really nice, everything is well maintained and the food was amazing, especially the Italian restaurant in the complex. The spa facilities were very clean and you could book it for you only. The rooms were very clean and very spacious.

It’s mentioned that the spa is an added pay so we weren’t expecting it to be free. And we weee pleasantly surprised to find out we got an hour free for the steam room during our stay. However, even though we reserved it an hour ahead of time, it was still cold when we went in. The telephone in our room also didn’t work which was annoying cause then we had to go outside to reception to ask about the spa.

It was very clean, extremely friendly and polite staff. The rooms were comfortable. I love that they offer a “pillow” menu where you can change out pillows if needed. They also put a radiator in our room, knowing we had a baby so she wouldn’t be cold. That was very thoughtful.

we need room service because we travelled with 2 twins kids (2 years old) Even if we take the food in the room the dishes remaind there till of our check out. I want to mention that the cleaning of the room was done but the dishes remaind empty in the front of TV.

The staff of the restaurant just ignored us, We had to ask for the menu (for desserts) 30 min after finishing our main meal, and it never came. Breakfast staff about the same, more focused on their mobile phone than on the guests Our bed room was just above the entrance so we could hear every guest slamming the doors
