1. We advice the hotel to bring a strong improvement in the kids entertaiment area, only 30 minutes of dancing every night îs very little, compared with others hotels. Nothing else happened all dau long in respect of the kids entertaiment, the program from the reception was not followed. 2. They should build a new pool of 1,1 m depth for kids from 7-14 years old.

- the food was ok (baked potatoes and tzatzikii sauce were great) - the pool of 1.35 m - 1.5 m not crowded, I was able to swim every day. - quite area, not in the middle of crowded shopping - sea and pool water were not cold - Very large free beach area and not crowded - the hotel is 10-15 minutes away from the beach

There could be more food choices. The elevator was too small.

The hotel and the pool area was very clean, the staff at the reception upon arrival was great. The rooms are spacious.

There were drinking glasses in our room but they didn't get changed any time during the week, also towels were changed maybe only once even we left them on the floor to be changed.

We stayed for one week all inclusively this july, we always found something to eat at the restaurant tho the variety didn't change much during the week. There was an ice cream buffet and the kids loved it. And the animation program for the kids was amazing, disco for the kids six nights a week, and much other things during the day ❤️👍 airco in the rooms was relatively good. Staff is very friendly. Location of the hotel is great, few minutes walk to beach and good restaurants nearby (I recommend checking La Flor for example), short and free bus ride to the action water park, and you can even buy the tickets straight from the hotel. All in all we enjoyed our week, easily recommended for families

It is impossible to have only one elevator for a 5 level building. In my case, with 3 small kids it is impossible to loose 5minutes to go up and down The food is only comestible. If you come 30 minutes before the restaurant closes, you won't find all the dishes. Watermelon is contrabanded. Disappears in 30 seconds. The pictures from booking with the food are only in dreams.

The pools are ok and clean. Everything is clean. The rooms are big.

Food smell all around corridors from underground Restaurant. Furniture and bathroom needs refurbishment also balcony.

In the room we had poor Internet.

The Staff was extra nice with the guests. With the All inclusive package we always had the opportunity to get some snacks or eat properly in the restaurant. Animators were super kind and creative. Best choice for a family with kids. The pool is  nice and perfect for plan B, when the sea is not good.

We stayed in for 7 night's. On arrival niece welcome (arrived around 22:30) lunch bag provided for all of us. Sandwich/fruit and water which was a really nice 🙂. Fallowing the 7 night overall experience with the staff/animation was a 5 ⭐. Room size were a nice big and the bathroom with a bath tub which was bonus (bit dated) Pool's big and small were cleaned every day. No rush in the morning for get your chair plenty of seating and umbrella's. Reception team helpful and friendly with all types of questions. Big positive experience a special 85% of the staff were a youngster and quick response for any kind requests. Well done for making us a pleasure stay. All the best team.

More type of food. Paid parking even on the wall was written that is free. Bathroom was not having hygiene seal at check-in. Water dispenser missing from 11PM to 7.30 AM Some time the food was undercooked or cold.

The drinks were good but not wow. It feels like you drink water instead of juice. Overall I recommend the ice tea.

Everything was good for recovery and recreation - the hotel is close to the beach, has a good food and service and very child friendly. We are very grateful to Niki and Lucho, the animators. They are very nice, cute, creative and entertaining. Our daughter enjoyed both the daily animation and the mini-disco as well.

If you are a light sleeper like me then ask for a quiet room. We had the room by the pool and people are staying late by the lobby bar, having fun loudly.

Quality/Price ratio was very good for 2 adults and 2 children with food included. Food was ok, the kids loved the pool, only 15 minutes walk from the beach, employees very nice.

I thought the food was OK for the price. Not a fan of how greasy it was but I guess that's a preference matter. The hotel is a good 15 min walk away from the beach. Also they don't clean your room unless you put out the "please clean my room sign." All in all, an OK hotel. You get what you pay for.

The hotel is not advertised as a family hotel but is definitely a family hotel with a lot of kids. We asked at check-in if we could eventually get a room away from the noise but we were put right at the loudest spot facing the kids pool and over the kids club. We then complained about this to front office who said they could change our room immediately, but why not doing it in the first place? We were initially told the bigger pool was for adults but it was filled with kids splashing and shouting, which makes the area unusable if you want to just lean on a bed, swim or relax. Again, we reported this to the front office who told us it is a family hotel and that's how it is. Slow food at snack time, we had to line up and wait to manage to get a piece of pizza or other item. Food was supposedly served at 4pm but first batch arrived around 4.40pm and could only sustain a few guests. Items at the pool are served in disposable plastic plates and glasses that are then trashed out, not sustainable. Alcohol selection is of very poor quality. Very unfriendly staff at the restaurant, food is not good and cold. Restaurant was dirty with sausage on the floor with staff passing and not cleaning it up. Restaurant closes suddenly at 9pm for dinner and all items disappear, guests were piling food to take away. Room was dirty, not well cleant, with mould on the shower curtain, hair, water spreading all over the bathroom, poor equipment. Uncomfortable smell of toilet and sewage. Overall a horrible experience, poor value for money. We eventually could cancel our last 2 nights and only had to stay one night there. Online advertising is miles away from the chaos we encountered there.
