There was no shampoo and a conditioner, only some basic body shower gel. Now, this is not a thing of the services, but I think that it is an important detail for solo travelers - the hotel isn't right in the center, I was a little afraid of coming back around 10 p. m. alone, the streets around didn't feel safe for me.

The room was really clean and comfy, smelled fresh, had a beautiful bathroom with a spacious shower, air condition, hair dryer... The breakfast was fine.

- Our room was on the corner of the building on facing the parking lot and there was the flashing lights of a store (?) right across our windows and none of the curtains were enough to cover the windows to block out the flashing lights. It was like a silent disco inside our room until morning which is really disturbing if you are sensitive about sleeping in dark. The hotel should find a solution for this. - Daily fee for the parking lot is 12 BGN👎

We stayed at the corner suit (2 adults + 1 child) The room was big, comfortable and clean. The beds were good and the bathroom was clean as well. The breakfast had different choices of cheese, ham and fruits.

Parking was charged, although this hotel is 2km from the centre - a straightforward walk. Breakfast was crowded (maybe we arrived at the wrong time) There was only a 2 slice domestic toaster for the whole restaurant! We would have liked tea making facilities in the room. We would stay again though, overall it was very good!

Very little information about Burgas and activities such as normal bike hire when I enquired , good restaurants near by or in town and proper directions for people who don t know much about the area. I worked in the hotel and tourism business myself I was very surprised with the lack of help in general: no maps and lack of interest in guests needs. When i arrived late around mid night after 40 minutes delayed flight and told the receptionist that my prepaid taxi Driver failed to turn up and it had already 40 euros to get to the hotel i was told i should have got the bus . I asked was there one to which she answered I don’t know . I asked was there water available in the fridge . I was told no but there was a shop that was closed. No information to say it was safe to drink the water in the room or not. Lacking in good communication and good customer service. I had breakfast the first morning but two were on my bill. Might be wise to get guests to sign the bill. Very lacking in genuine care . I had informed you i would be a late arrival giving flight detail. One thirsty night for me .

The only thing that I didn't like is the girls at the reception didn't know English very well so it was hard to communicate with them and ask for help. Another thing is that I could hear the next door ppls flushing there toilet

The soundproofing between the rooms is weak, and the sounds of traffic outside were clearly heard.

Staff very friendly. The restaurant in the hotel is definitely worth a visit. The breakfast was also good. The rooms were clean and spacious. With children, the pool area was a nice addition. I recommend!

Great hotel with very helping staff. The hotel has an indoor pool which might be a great option for those who enjoy swimming. The breakfast is pretty good especially the sausages 😅. I do recommend it.

The building itself was a bit old style. However, it was clean. Room was cleaned and towels were changed daily.

For me, the disappointing part was the pool. It is supposed to be included in the price and it was advertised as available at the time of my booking. However, upon arrival, I was told the pool is under repair and would be available the next day. The next day I was told it would be available the next week. I was not able to use the pool at all during my stay although it was one of my main deciding factors when choosing the accommodation. To sum up, it would be fair to indicate the unavailability of these facilities so people are aware of it when booking the accommodation. Lastly, it is a bit of a pity that the balcony in the suite doesn't have at least a chair to sit at.

The hotel is actually very close to the bus station for the airport bus line (I think it's #15) which also goes to the city center and the beach, so the location is pretty good. The room was spacious, perfectly clean and the service was very nice, clean towels every day. The equipment is a bit older but still in nice shape. The hotel breakfast exceeded my expectations a lot, it was very tasty with large variety of food to choose from, even pancakes were included.

Limited parking space - even if you pay for a couple of nights in advance it is not 100% sure that you will be able to park when you return. We arrived around 22:00-23:00h for a 2 nights stay. I payed for 2 nights in the underground garage while checking in. The assistant at the front desk told me to inform the security guard of the garage if we will be heading out so that our spot can be saved. On the next day we went out with the car. While going out of the garage I told the security guard that I had already paid for 1 more night and will be back later to claim the same spot. He explained that saving spots is not possible. I reiterated that I had already paid for that and would be expecting the spot I paid for once I return. Only then he mention that if possible it will be saved for me. When we returned we had a spot (not the same one) and only 2 were left. Did the guard do something or was I lucky to come in when I did will remain a mystery.

Good room, nice restaurant/breakfast. Easy to find as it is on a major street. Did not hear a lot of car noises (keep in mind that it was the weekend and we left Sunday morning)
