The sound of the river outside was amazing. Slept like a log. Amazing facilities and quality of furnishings and everything. No expense spared. Even appliances and TV were top brands. Restaurant was excellent as was the free breakfast.

Very peaceful hotel. It is located in the mountain next to a river. The room was enormous. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

When we initially arrived and were confronted with a fairly aggressive staff member and we discussed whether we should move to another place. He .was really difficult. Fortunately he was not there the next day so we decided to stay. The rooms need a makeover they are dated. There was a kettle but no cups or anything.

As it is fairly isolated it offers a unique experience. Being able to sleep with the windows open and listening to the stream was a very pleasurable experience. A special mention to Nickoly who came the second day of our visit he was fantastic and made our stay enjoyable.

Not much more than just a restaurant :( And the breakfast is too late. 8:30 am. Should start at least at 7:30 am. At 8:45 am we could not get anyone to assist us with key issues.

Everything was great and we thoroughly recommend staying there.

The most beautiful location with an amazing room with a mezzanine bedroom. Wonderful sound of the water rushing past in the woodland stream. Nikolay was so helpful and went out of his way to find a shop selling English adaptors as we had left ours in Greece. Good food and we wished our stay had been longer.

Serene location net to the river and the woods. The rooms and common area were very clean and well maintained. Kind staff and really good food for acceptable prices. Check out times are also very customer friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was not buffet. Nonetheless the staff agreed to change the menu dishes so it'll fit our preferences. The bed was two separated mattresses

I at first didn't want to write this review because if I have a mediocre experience, I'd prefer to let it go and not burden the hotel with it. However, I booked this place due to the amazing reviews and was left disappointed. The price of the nightly rate does not reflect in any sense other than that you're in a well maintained place in beautiful nature. Rooms are quite small, with a baby bed in there, barely space to move. Bathroom is functional but also very tight. No lobby area to sit, restaurant doesn't invite to sit down (not cozy nor spacious). We had both breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was poor/limited like a hostel breakfast. Dinner was nothing special + not a varied choice. Was expecting more from the restaurant considering the price is not the cheapest (reviews fooled me). We've stayed in great hotels that costed much less. For 144 leva, which is what we normally pay in a very nice spa hotel, I expected more (no pool ofc, but just a bit more). Lastly, something weird I noticed. Right next to our room window, on the outside, there's a sign for: smoking area. How come? This is crazy. We love to keep our window open and sleep listening to the river and breathing fresh air. Why on earth would you place a smoking area sign right there. Thankfully, no one smoked there but it's just very weird!

Located in beautiful nature, fresh air, lovely sound of the river next door, excellent children's playground, comfy beds, cleanliness, baby cot provided, big complementary bottle of water. Had a great sleep! Staff is nice and kind but the praise in the reviews that they go above and beyond is a bit farfetched.

Nothing I can mention.

We were on our way to Greece and we decided to stop for 2 nights here. Never been to Bulgaria before, but definietly we have to come back. The people are wonderful, the place is very nice. It is very good if you want to relax, enjoy hills, walk on the stones in a brook and eat very good food with tasty wines. We were late arriving but received step-by-step pictures and description to check-in. Very good place!

It's the second time we stay here and the place it's just great. Big and clean rooms, good breakfast. The nature around is beautiful. Although we were just in transit, I think is a good place to relax for a few days. A plus for kids: it has a playgound.

Everything was great.

Our stay was amazing. The staff was great. We loved the food at the restaurant, both breakfast and dinner were excellent. We had a double room and a maisonette, and both we're very nice. The nearby river is greatly enhancing the experience. We took a trip up the river bank to a nearby waterfall, 15-20 minutes away, really enjoyable. A big plus for the WiFi as well.
