Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

BulgariaWiFi is terrible, don't rely on it at all. If you manage to park just near the hotel, parking is great. But I think this is not very possible. If there is no place, like it was for us - then they offer a parking quite far, around 500 meters away, for the same price. I think those parking spots they offer are just near the free parking zone.
Location is amazing, couldn't be better. Staff is nice and friendly. Rooms are clean and nice. During our stay they had great food every dinner - once it was a Bulgarian dinner, another time it was a Turkish one. But this is in addition to the regular food, which is not very recommendable, like in most all-inclusive places.

HungaryPool bar is not part of the all inc. Cheap, bad quality of alcohol and soft drinks. Bad system at the all inc bar and reastaurant. You have to go around the whole building if you want to leave the restaurant at the main meal time (breakfast, lunch, dinner). It has really small reastaurant area, crowded and takes ages to get a gyros.. They kick you out of the bar at 22:30.
Beautiful place.. Close to the beach and the shops. Pizza and gyros between the main meals (unfortunatelly these were the best meals). They helped us to upgrade the reservation on site to another room by the pool. They clean the rooms every day.

RomaniaWe booked a room and unfortunately it was the smalles I've ever seen in my whole life. We went to the reception to upgrade and get a bigger one because it was the 2 of us + our 35kg dog. It was 7PM. The guy from the reception said that we have to wait for his colleague, who was supposed to come at around 10. We went for a long walk, went back at 10 and he said that she might come at 11-12. In the end his yelling & histerical colleague came and 4 people gathered together, not knowing how to manage de situation. At first they said they have bigger room but available only for 3 nights and after that they don't know where we'd stay. In the end they asked how much we would pay in plus for a family room/apartment and we said 300€. Way too much money anyway, for what they offer, but it is what it is. It was 2 rooms, connected by a sliding door, kitchenette which didnt have any plates or forks or anything and a bathroom which was nice, but with some mold on the ceiling. The employees from the restaurant were seemed really depressed. We were thanking them for everything, got no answer or at least a smile. They don't have their own beach, not even a interior pool. I wouldn't go back to this hotel, because it's too expensive for what they offer.
The food was ok, we always found something to eat. We were there for 8 nights and only 2 times we ate somewhere else. The hotel is right on the beach and the beach is super clean, the sand is soft and the water is also really clean and nice. A lot of shops/markets next to the hotel. The cleaning lady was coming everyday. PET FRIENDLY 👍👍👍

United KingdomBar is upstairs so very difficult if you are disabled. Also one way system still in place. So for me personally having to walk round the hotel just to get to the restaurant was difficult for my mum and she really struggled to get to the bar. Had to pay for drinks at the swim up bar was frustrating when its supposed to be a all inclusive packaged Plus no entertainment on a evening is abit off a let down , and nothing to do for children on a evening..
Friendly staff, exceptionally clean. Right on beach. Good food.. fantastic service. Staff go above and beyond and work really hard. Was a few things that let it down. But overall a beautiful hotel. And rooms are a good size. Great variety off food. Something for everyone.

BulgariaThe swimming pool was empty , we should have been advised of this and there was lots of renovation work being done , so bars not open either , it was difficult to get benefit of being all inclusive also the food lacked variety it was often cold and was chicken or pork for every meal , it was however well cooked and tasty and the waiter and waitress very friendly , I think it would be a better write up if the hotel had been in full swing and fully open
Staff very helpful and friendly, room was excellent with great sea views and ideal location on Rumba Beach at the quieter end of sunny beach ⛱ the deserts were lovely and varied, the receptionist was excellent

It's on the beach and not too crowdy. The beach is great ! The food is ok but the choice you have is limited. The rooms are big and comfortable. The location of the hotel is great next to the beach ad close to the resort center. People are nice.

SlovakiaCheap food and alcohol, the rooms smell. The hotel is dirty, the staff is impolite, no one is smiling, no one is professional, if you are placed on first 2 floors you are screwed because you are basically sitting in their smelly restaurant. No privacy. The hotel has 99% of Hungarian guests who have no manners, like the staff. The beach beds and umrellas are not part of all inclusive, you pay 10LV for each every day. There is a terrible logic of the entire eating space, it seems like an escape room with no escape. There are medusas in the sea. I could go on but I think this sums it up.
Location (on the beach), great views, close to Nessebar (15mins)

United KingdomSmall room, not cleaned properly. The food is not great. My son (17) had a food poisoning. Staff is not helpful, not even friendly. The arrangement to the bar is very complicated with many different stairs. In the restaurant they did not switch on the aircon, it was boiling. The "all inclusive" did not include the sunbeds on the beach. Very noisy all day because of loud annoying music.

RomaniaHorrible breakfast, extremely small restaurant completely inadequate for the size of the hotel consequently very crowded every day on every meal, looked like a cheap canteen for poor people, cheapest food from the market served i.e. margarine served as butter, artificial honey, bulk unmarked tea, bulk cheap juice, low quality drinks, no cups / mugs for tea only plastic cups, low quality cheese and food, coffee machines often not working, all in all very dissapointing and low value for money paid. Innacceptable on all inclusive not to have the beach chairs and sun umbrellas included, although it was the hotel beach these have to be paid.
Only the location of the hotel, right on the beach, great landscape.

RomaniaI like the room because was with see view and very large
The location was ok because it was on the beach but the beach bar was not free, we have to pay for the drinks. the barman didn’t know how to prepare the drinks, very poor quality. the food was the same every day instead of couple of items. the desserts was not good instead of the baklava. I will not come again, I don’t recommend this hotel. this is not 4 stars hotel. the rooms was very nice, I had a very big double room with bathroom and a very large balcony with see view, this was the only good thing, the rest was very poor quality.

Czech RepublicFirst of all, the wifi does not work at the hotel. Works only at the reception and at the outdoor pool. Cable internet is also not available. It doesn't work. Sometimes the elevator doesn't work. Our room was not serviced for 2 days. We ran out of toilet paper and soap, so we had to go to the reception to ask for replacements. Very disgraceful for the hotel standard. There is no screen/wall in the shower, so everything is wet from the shower. Floor event toilet. Toilet was also leaking. You can't sleep when a water is dripping all night. The air conditioner sometimes doesn't respond to the remote control, so it cannot be turned off and still blows. I was forced to turn off the electric fuses. The situation was repeated even after visit of serviceman. The rooms on the west side of the hotel are noisy from the loud music from aquapark next door till 8-9 pm every day. The sunbeds around the hotel pool are still blocked by towels from other guests from ground floor. Nobody cares. The bottom of the hotel pool is not in good condition. Beware of finger injuries. Water in hotel pool was very cold. Drinks are paid at the hotel pool bar even you have all inclusive program. Sunbeds and umbrellas on the hotel beach are also paid (10 LV/day for umbrella and 10 LV/day for sunbed) even the hotel is called "beach hotel". As a bonus: no animation program; no gym or chill out zone. The toilet at lobby is dirty and stinks. The owner's dog lives at the lobby and lies on the chairs all day. The entrance to the restaurant is available only one way from outside the hotel through the turnstile. You must have your entry card with you. Meal is fine, but no description what do you eat. Let suprise yourself! There is no air conditioning in the restaurant and therefore is there very hot while eating.
my review n.90: AVOID THIS HOTEL! I always rate very positively. Unfortunately, I have a very negative experience here. There are positives, but the price for accommodation doesn't correspond to the provided services. I found 5 pozitives and 21 negatives. The food in the restaurant is fresh, varied and tasty. Every day the hotel organizes a themed evening with one special meal. The best part is the reception staff. They know that everything is wrong in the hotel, yet they try to help immediately and they are very friendly! Like diamonds in the dump. The building is quite new (from approx. 2014) and stands right on the beach. The sea is about 30 meters. Check out is at 12:00. But here ends positives.
