Staff went out their way to help in any way - charging phone, retrieving equipment, walking guides & food requests. Food exceptional. (Especially the buffet style breakfast). Spa enjoyed.

The facilities were lacking sometimes - one door in our room didn't close, then its frame just fell off the wall. The jacuzzi was cold and it took them 3 days to replace the heating element.

Breakfast was very good, excellent coffee, most days there are fresh pastries. Great view, spacious room, lovely staff all around, all is very clean.

The hotel was amazing everything and everyone was great the staff were nice and the service was 10 out of 10 i have stayed here a number of times and every time everything gets better and better. I would recommend you to stay here. 😁

Probably only the wifi strength, but that's not a significant issue for me.

Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of vegetables and fruits which is a must for me. The personnel was extremely helpful and cheerful and I felt at home. The facilities were well designed and comfortable.

Spatious, clean room, comfortable bed, beautiful view from the balcony. We loved the spa, the pool for adults &kids, the kids play area. Welcoming personnel, attentive to our kind requests taking into account our food allergies.

Location is clean and the rooms are big with enough amenities (kitchen, sofas, lots of TV's, etc). Our apartment had 2 balconies that both looked towards the river and the mountain. You could smell the burned wood from around the location and it was very cool (25C) for mid-July. Bathroom was clean although a bit in need of renovation. Food was good and average prices. Good drinks on the menu as well. Breakfast was AMAZING with lots of options (eggs, bacon, cheese, vegetables, fried bread, etc). Staff was perfectly polite and happy to talk to you and help you. For us this is a great location to stop for a night, well worth the money.

- The balcony door could not be closed completely, once i woke up in the middle of the night with door opened by itself, outside was very cold - Trash can in the toilet was very very small one - Keyless card for entry in room was not working - The "king bed" was not real king, it was 2 mattresses one each other

As soon as there were more than 6 people at the SPA it started feeling very crowded.

Breakfast was decent, SPA is good if you are alone with your partner or family. The restaurant was very good and there was a waiter that was exceptionally involved and engaged with his guests! Cheers to him! Room was spacious and very clean, good view. Everything was perfect!

Very nice staff, it really makes the difference when comparing with other hotels from Bulgaria. We had everything we needed, food was great(you have free a la carte menu for dinner), free parking, great spa, free shuttle, 7-8 min walk to gondola. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable.

The only thing that was hard for us as first time skiers was the walk to the ski rent place and gondola,but, the hotel supplies a shuttle to the gondola and back to the hotel almost every hour. (We didn’t knew it in our first days..)

Amazing hotel, everything is well organized and the room was very big and comfortable, the hotel is very clean and we enjoyed to relax in the pool/jacuzzi after a long day of skiing. The stuff was very kind and helped us with every request. We had a great room with mountains view, large storage space, organized kitchen and very comfortable king size bed.

Breakfast was repetitive, the chef showed no ingenuity that would be expected from a 5 star hotel. All the hot side of the breakfast choices (eggs, sausage, beans, mushrooms) where all lukewarm warm at best, the heater on the beans and mushrooms wasn’t on most days, so where actually cold. The only other problem was the steam room in the spa , this worked intermittently and was never consistent. Even when it was working, it would do 2 cycles and switch off, disappointing ! As this is what you look forward to after skiing.

The property felt like what you would expect from a typical modern chalet style hotel, that offers skiers a comfortable short term stay.
