You can hear everything from the neighboring rooms, and I mean everything! Also, they did not clean the room at all (emptying the trash can at least) on my 3 days stay.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, so almost no traffic noises. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was fresh. There is also an indoor pool, it looked clean - I have not used it. If you arrive by car, request in advance a parking space to be reserved (there are only 4 available in the hotel's basement) as the streets are narrow and no free parking spaces. In order to reach the center, it is a 10 min walk, well worth it if you like peace and quiet :)

What is presented as the hotel’s strength is actually its main weakness: the pool of the spa area on the first floor. The humidity permeates the walls, the fills the air of the rooms above and even leaks in the evacuation pipes at the parking level. The breakfast is very limited.

The big rooms, the proximity to the main road while being tucked away in a quiet side street and the parking, the friendliness and helpfulness of the receptionist.

There is a need for small touch-ups to furniture, the replacement of old pieces of furniture.

The only thing I can mention is that we could have done with more coffee sachets in the room. - sounds 'picky' I know!

Pool and spa are great. Breakfast really good, plentiful, huge choice and beautifully cooked and presented. Staff are amazing very helpful and friendly. Car parking underneath hotel was really appreciated as this can be difficult in Veliko Tarnovo. Everything was so clean - we will be coming back again in October for our wedding anniversary and will be dining at the sister hotel (Concord} as the food is wonderful and it is a mere 2 minute walk away.

I had a room on the third floor, very large, with a round bed and a sofa. The room also had a balcony overlooking the city. The conditions were good for a three-star hotel. The breakfast was good, but not spectacular. The pool is small but pretty. There is also a very nice outdoor garden. The staff was very kind. There is also an underground parking for 4 cars.

The mattress was already worn out and my husband couldn’t sleep because it had a hole/ dent in it. Plus, the sheets were stained and the shower cab was missing its door and instead had a shower curtain/ poor improvisation.

The mattress was not as comfortable as I would of liked, but that's a personal thing. The air conditioning didn't seem to work very well. Fortunately I had a door to the outside and a balcony, so I was able to regulate the temperature this way.

The Location was good, there was parking onsite, which was appreciated. The room and hotel in general was very clean. Breakfast was really nice, and the staff were all friendly.

While delicious, breakfast gives you the feeling to a kind of basic one. I guess that can be improved by adding a bit more local produce like more rather that pre-packed ones. Also a better tasting bread could be an interesting added value, delicious local jams, like rose jam, and maybe more vegetable.

It is a standard urban centre city hotel, very well located. Very close to the main street, but also a in a quiet rezidencial area, and walking distance to the main attractions. The staff is nice and helpful. The room is good size and a quite large bathroom. All amenities were working properly. The breakfast is good. They rotated hot dishes every day and the pastries were very delicious, especially the ones with the cheese. Very good coffee from an espresso machine. Also the underground parking is a nice asset. And if you have time also the small, but nice indoor pool will help you to cool off.

The bed was so uncomfortable. They should invest in good beds with first class cushions. Towels are not so not so white

The staffs are super fantastic. Special mention to Alex who got us to decide to stay for the 3 nights. We wanted to cut our stay short but she was so nice we kept our reservation.
