The bathroom was very small, maybe only ours, not sure! The prices in the restaurant are very high for the quantity and quality of the food. I had the feeling that they use the opportunity to put any price on a piece of food only because there is no other option for eating in the region. It was annoying for me!

Location, the leisure area - pool and spa. The breakfast was excellent for the size of the hotel! Children’s playroom in the restaurant.

Beds are too soft.

A lovely small hotel in the middle of the Rila mountain hills, with breathtaking views and great facilities to spend few relaxing days or as a start point to get to the 7 Rila Lakes. Great personnel available for any question, with a smile!

A music in restaurant a bit but it is a subjective thing.

Literally everything, from spa, room with a view, amazing breakfast clean facilities and good personel. We even lost expensive glasses in the room after we checked out they called us that we can pick them at reception. I am definitely coming with entire family for at least 5 day stay next year.

Really nice hotel in the forest above Sapareva Banya. Great spa facilities, restaurant and outdoor pool. Newly renovated hotel. The staff are very helpful. The food in the restaurant is very good. Very happy to have found this great hotel.

The price is a bit higher for the facilities suggested indoors. There is no elevator in the hotel. The room is small, the bathroom as well (around 1 sqare meter). There is no air conditioning in the room. Of course you can open the window in the mountains but that evening there was a private party in the restaurant and we heard all the noise inside. We were not informed for that party and had to search for another place for dinner.

The view is indeed amazing! This is probavby the place with the best view around. The green area is maintained carefully. The outdoors swiming pool is cozy. There are places nearby to take a walk. There are tennis courts.

During our stay was really hot and the lack of AC made us not sleeping, we were looking for some time for relax, but was better to sleep around the pool rather in the room, unfortunately very unpleasent and not happy at all about this. Also, I don't understand the practice of giving rooms on the ground/first floor for reservations made through booking and leave better rooms for direct reservations.

Good location, amazing view, nice pool and spa area. If you are planning to visit Rila Lakes is perfect.

Cold food on breakfast - eggs were cold, sausages were cold, etc. There was a celebration in the Saturday afternoon with very loud music - nobody informed us before about such event. It was annoying.

During this stay we were unlucky to have room on the ground floor. Main issue is a smokers right to the window. Limited breakfast

There was no water in the hotel on the day we were supposed to leave, which was pretty inconvenient for people with a baby, but also for those who want to use the pool facilities. They should offer a compensation for the guests if this is happening often.

Awesome location, even the parking place has a breathtaking view. Food in the restaurant was good too.

Location is great! Amazing views. Very handy if planning to visit the 7 Rila Lakes. Seasonal fruit at breakfast. Had dinner at the restaurant and staff were fantastic. Service is prompt and friendly. Should definitely try the SPA next time as the facilities looked great.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. The restaurant served delicious food. The room offered an excellent view of the mountains, which was truly breathtaking. The spa was spotless. The hotel is surrounded by a beautifully maintained green area (and an outdoor swimming pool) adding to the overall serene and peaceful atmosphere. It is also close to picturesque 7 lakes. Highly recommended!
