Room layout very odd. I don’t have any idea what the architect/interior designer was thinking. All done to good quality, but bathroom/wc arrangement was poor and lighting in the room was terrible. Really needs a fundamental rethink. A shame, as the place was otherwise very good.

My room was very hot with no air con that I could see plus there was only a bath so made washing my hair tricky as I did not want to get the floor wet. Also the service at the restaurant outside was very slow. Pretty location and staff were friendly and breakfast was wide range for a continental breakfast

I met 5 members of the staff. Three extremely professional, at the registration desk and at the bar - coffee and tea for breakfast. Two really not do much, the personnel taking care of the rooms. Knocked very hard on my door, one right after I arrived looking for a phone. The day of the departure, while I was packing and still had time to check out, knocked again quite hard and I think immediately placed the key in the door. But: overall my experience at the hotel was very positive.

This is a very nice hotel. Place is very quiet. Breakfast was excellent. There is a bus station right in front of the hotel, bus #2, direct connection to downtown and train station. I would certainly choose the same hotel next time I travel to Leuven.

The bathroom in my room was not really separated from the room so all the humidity was there. The room was also very dark with only a little window. The mattress was terrible and you could hear the bed springs every time you moved. At breakfast the fresh fruit was next to the meat and cheese and often touching it, so considering that it was one of the few vegan options available it would be good to separate them. It would have been good to have plant based yoghurt options.

The location was just in front of the campus where I had my lectures. Staff at breakfast were very nice.

It was not clear in the booking description and pictures that the room was in a modern/new installation detached from the old building. It was comfortable and clean, but we expected to be in a more especial place for our weekend.

The layout of the room was unusual presumably due to the conversion. The shower over the bath wasn't the best design - awkwardly positioned with the hose from the tap being too short (no separate shower). The bathroom is essentially open to the room behind 2m wall. The room was pretty dark even in sunlight with only one smallish window.

Very large room with a comfortable bed and high ceiling. The building is clearly very old and has been converted. Decent restaurant on site with pleasant dining room and good value breakfast, well above average. In a nice location next to attractive parks. It was quiet overnight and I slept well. Secure underground carpark with a designated area for bikes.

I was accommodated in the new modern building separate from the main building, restaurant, etc. I would have preferred to stay in the old, original building.

Not much to dislike. My room was quiet but I don't think the sound isolation is same as in modern hotels. Breakfast is basic but fine. There is not much parking right outside the property and the underground was full but free parking on the streets nearby.

Needed a last minute room after a booking mistake in another hotel (my fault). Stayed here before and it's a good 3 star in a green neighborhood near Arenberg castle. Historic building also.

Vegan milk or margarine were not available the first day but they brought some soy milk by request. Bread, cereals and jam weren't clearly labeled if vegan or not. Pretty pricy for a 3 star hotel but I guess these are the prices in the area

WiFi in our room was poor ... very weak signal.

Excellent check-in, very friendly staff showed us to our room. Very spacious and spotlessly clean upon arrival. Professional breakfast crew, hot beverages served at the table, always wih a smile! Breakfast itself with a large variety of delicacies, and a variety of bread as well. The room cleaning staff from Nigeria did a good job and were friendly and humorous guys!

Room was clean but I dropped something under the bed, went to get it and it was very dusty with small litter. Morning of second breakfast I had to ask 3 times for milk. As there was none on the table.
