You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsWe needed to come to the hotel after the check-in time so I called to the hotel and the guy I was calling with was very rude didn't want to allow us to come later. The shower was not cleaned properly there was hairs also they don't have lights in the hallways. The room was small and basic for the money that was spend. I would say 3/10 points but just because when we come the lady that also works there was very nice and polite.

United KingdomNo coffe/tea or anything provided for our comfort, apart from the beds. After booking there was an extra fee of 20 Euros charged for late arrival, but we were not notified of this in advance. This is a hidden cost which is unfair. We sent a message to the property regarding our arrival time. The late arrival was unforeseen (traffic jams on motorway, therefore ferry delayed). On arrival we were handed room keys and told where the room was but the owner was not particularly friendly or helpful with showing where the parking was located and the metal gate to walk back to the property was closed. Had to phone the owner as he had disappeared by that time. We would have expected at least a bit of a friendly welcome when they take extra money. We did not take the offer of adding breakfast to our booking as 12.50 EUR per person seemed a bit too much. Before checking out I looked under the bed to see if I lost anything but could only find somebody else's old shampoo bottle and tissues... looks like they didn't clean under the bed for a while.. The whole experience was not great but the room was comfortable for one night.
Stayed with two children. Good size family room, one double bed, two single beds. Private bathroom. Nice towels provided for all of us. Beds were comfortable.
