The room cleaning was very poor. My room was only cleaned two days out of five. The bathroom was never cleaned, the towels were never changed. It was very difficult to get in touch with the hotel. My requests through the web of booking were never answered, and there was never a person at the reception.

The location was the best. Very close to downtown, the railway station and the conference center. The breakfast was quite good, and the guy in charge was nice and willing to help.

It was extremely hot day and air-conditioning in our room was broken. We had to sleep with open window. Large towels were missing. Some equipment of the bathroom was broken (it was possible to take away a tap in a shower and the stopper in the sink was possible to be released only from the bottom of sink), the ceiling in the bathroom was completely rusty.

The hotel is pretty old and requires a good refurbishment across all the floor. The breakfast was very basic and I hardly managed to find anything to eat. Otherwise, it was a decent stay for the money you pay.

The best feature about this hotel is its location which is just off the main street and very close to all amenities in the city. If you come by car, the city's largest car park (underground) is just 50 meters away from the hotel.

Hotel room was very dirty. No staff available for any problems. No toilet roll provided. Towels provided were damp. Terrace a good addition but fence very unsteady, nails poking out from decking and decking itself needs updating.

It was quite noisy in the evenings. You would hear the people either above or next door walking as the floors kept making a cracking sound. I move a lot when I sleep, and the beds also kept making the cracking sounds, which was annoying if you are trying to go to sleep.

Perfect located close to everything. Loved the view from my room to the Belfry Tower. Overall really clean and loved the location. Was a hot day as well, and the aircon helped a lot!

Air conditioning was broken and the room was very hot after the sunny day 28 degrees . Lorenzo the duty manager gave a discount but was unable to rectify the problem before we left the hotel.

Room was small and quite tired looking. The linen was clean and the beds OK but not very comfortable. The bathroom had a stale water smell. TV was useless - visually no available channels.

Great location. A short walk into the centre of Bruges with plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good although the crockery was chipped.

Unfortunately every time we visit there is never any staff. Its is always self check in and this time in the morning no one turned up to make the breakfast. They arrived around 40 minutes after the 8am breakfast start.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. In a square with bars and restaurants and only a very short walk from the centre.

In April 2024, I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bliss! The location is simply perfect, with bars and restaurants nearby and just a few minutes' walk from the historic center. The breakfast is complete and offered at a great time. The service was especially attentive; we were greeted kindly and received excellent guidance and tips about the city. This made our visit even more special, as we discovered places we might not have otherwise known about. Congratulations to the staff for the excellent service and valuable recommendations!

Everything. Lovely hotel and rooms. Lovely staff. Great location especially when the fun fair is around. Also very close to some great bars and restaurants. 5 minute walk to market Square. Lorenzo (staff member) is wonderful, marked out alot of places on a tourist map for us to visit, and fave the best recommendations!!!
