The apartment was beautiful, large, comfortable, well appointed, and in a very convenient location.

You have to download the Sweett app to get the door codes which is annoying. I have enough apps already... Also the pull out couch was not very comfortable. My father-in-law ended up putting a couch cushion on top of the mattress for his back/shoulders.

The location was amazing, just a 2 minute walk to the central train station. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. Even the dishes, pots, etc were clean and ready to use. The washer/dryer was very helpful too. There is no A/C but they did provide 3 fans to use throughout the apartment.

Would think not very accommodating for elderly and small children due to very narrow stairs up to the living area , the same applies when using WC - you have to climb stairs

Nothing really, I just wish there was a luggage storage near the lifts. But all good.

Location was very good, close to Brussels cerntral and just a few minute walk to the centre. Very easy to travel and fare was not expensive. The check in was hassle free as everything was digital. I love it!

We had reserved parking but were not provided the access code together with the building access. We tried several ways to get in touch and even the 24/7 number provided inside the building remained unanswered. That started our stay with unnecessary hassle and stress. No A/c - this needs to be addressed as it can get really hot inside Windows: with only one device to open windows and no instructions, this proved inconvenient. Shower room: the water leaks out really badly, all the way into the passage. This needs attention as the wood around the frame is beginning to show signs of water damage. Tap handle in the WC is loose and probably needs replacing. It would be good to have a bit more clothing storage space in the bedrooms

A really lovely apartment which was sufficiently spacious for our group. It is well situated being close to the station and in walking distance of the old center. Facilities were great and we were very comfortable

There was some confusion with the apartment we were booked in, as the instructions weren't clear. After speaking to customer service,things went smoothly. The kitchen tap and the bathroom shower holder was a bit loose, so we had to be careful when turning tap on and off a d replacing shower head. Other than that, the apartment was perfect.

The location of the property was perfect for us, close to the centre as well as far enough to not be too noisy in the evenings. It was very close to Brussel Central, which was convenient for us to goon a day trip outside of Brussels.

The shower lets out water from the gap. This didn't affect how shower was used, but because there were 6 of us using the shower, had to keep cleaning it

Perfect spot, Just a street away from the city centre so not noisy. Nice view of old structured buildings. Excellent communication, transport links and at the heart of the centre.

No AC or working fans - staff delivered fans but first lot didn’t work and had to wait over night for more, was 28 degrees throughout night inside. Free luggage storage is 23 min walk away- not great if travelling with kids so had to pay 30 euros at station.

-Difficulty to find the entrance especially at late night because there was not big sign. -No A/C it was too hot though there was a fun. If you open the window, traffic and human noise annoy you. -Not enough hot water. After filling the bath tab with hot water ( not full it was just about 15cm) , there was not hot water at all. We didn’t expect at all so rest of our family had to take cold showers (if it is winter, no way to do that)

Would have been good to know how the windows opened beforehand, first night wasnt pleasant in the heat. No storage facilities in the building, had to take out bags around Brussels in the last day.

the only matter which was not convenient is the non availability of Air Conditioning, as you might be well aware the temperature at this time of the year in Brussels is around 30 degrees which is quite hot. Additionally the channels are not available for our TV in our bigger apartment,

The apartment is very beautifully designed and well equipped with a fantastic kitchen and other amenities, however, we just came from Sweett-Inn Paris Bastille

One window in smaller bedroom wouldn’t open with the manual mechanism. Building management was responsive, but with the back and forth of sending pics and explaining issue, they couldn’t send someone out until the day we were leaving. Maybe, since many things at apartment were digitized, they thought they could reset window remotely if digital. Unfortunately, they were crank open windows with a separate handle to insert to open manually.

Huge shared space, great for our 2 families. Spacious bedrooms and bath. Clean and good location near the main square and public transportation.

Shower. The water output was a bit weak. Has a very nice bathtub but may want to reconsider using it unless don't mind havig a not so hot water immersion (only hot water up to 1/3).

Comfortable apartment that has all the basic necessities. Easy access, very close to the train station for travellers with luggages. Carrefour Express is just in front of the station and tourist atractions are also within walking distance.
