Establishment is a bit old fashioned. We couldn't have a light dinner at the bar. Restaurant was full and despite offered we couldn't have room service.

I would still recommend this hotel very highly but not if you are looking for an exclusive spa vacation. The spa was small vs the hotel, hence crowded. And the oriental Turkish hammam area, please change its name, it has zero things in common with a hammam. It is more like a heated bus waiting stop, maybe a small humid and warm waiting room? :D

Highly recommend this hotel. The staff was amazing, we got replies and changes done instantly before arrival. They were so accommodating for the questions and requests. The room was spacious and very clean. The view was amazing. The sofa bed for kids was very comfortable. The breakfast had variety and tasty.

The furniture and facilities are a bit old. If your room faces the road, it is pretty noisy. Two single beds pretend to be a double bed, but they eventually drift away. 2.50 euro for a 0.25l bottle of water in your room is ridiculous.

The room was big. The dinner was delicious and the breakfast was good. If you come for Spa-Francorchamps like I did, it is just a 20 minute drive.

Provide a blanket as the duvets are too hot. Wine list contains very limited moderately priced good wines.

The room and view were very nice. The spa facilities for the haman, sauna and pool very good.

They advertise the lake which has not had water in it since floods of July 2021! Not really possible to walk in the grounds.

Excellent food. The restaurant adapted dishes well to accommodate my allergies. Spacious and very quiet room. Lovely pool and jacuzzi etc.

The bedroom: our bed was not a double bed but two single beds put together and the mattress was too soft, so not comfortable. The bathroom: the air exhaustion wasn't strong enough and because there are no windows in the bathroom we had the feeling it was always wet. Facilities: sauna, swimming pool and gym close too early (7PM) Not the hotel's fault but the lake we see in the pictures was empty, so the landscape surrounding the hotel was not as beautiful as we were expecting.

Hotel: overall good facilities, sauna and swimming pool is really good. Breakfast: amazing breakfast with lots of options, including gluten free. Staff: very friendly and helpful. The elevator to access the swimming pool: it's tiny and the automatic doors were not working properly, which may be dangerous, especially for kids.

Absolutely breathtaking view from our room, over the valley. Lovely hotel, great location for Spa Francochamps Circut Good restaurant, staff very accomodating for our large party. Didn't get chance to try the spa facilities at all.

Everything was good. The only thing we didn't like was the first impression when driving into the car park as the hotel itself is something of a large concrete building (from the 60s? 70s?) which is not attractive. But once you're inside the experience changes.

This is a very nice hotel, with clean, comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, good facilities and a great breakfast. The rooms on one side of the building have a great view out over the valley which Spa is in. The town itself is a short drive away, or, if you're feeling energetic, you can walk along to the top of the "ascenseur" funicular and take it down into the centre. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, which is large by hotel standards.
