Well located in Grand Place. Only 12 rooms, with no public areas. Room was basic, but adequate. Host was excellent and provided good individual care

The location is amazing. There is no where better to stay if you want to be right in the middle of everything. There is an elevator for your luggage and the staff were so incredibly kind.

as above, building needs renovation on inside Breakfast needs to have more variety, not just heavy food

Location perfect . Staff delightful and helpful ,however building quite run down on the inside and needs renovation. ( ie painting ,cracked tiles in bathroom) , such a pity as it truly is in a unique location being the only hotel on grand place. The staff made this hotel-super nice .Breakfast was at another establishment across the square and was poor quality , cooked omelet only ,ham cheese ,terrible white sliced bread and ok croissants. Need to have more on offer -yoghurt and fruit and cereal.

1. Strange occasional noise from the bathroom - not sure of what caused it but it scared me when it happened. 2. Room conditions - many facilities such as the windows, walls, lamps, bath tub and doors need major renovation.

1. Location - all stations and attractions are within with walking distance, many great restaurants snd shops around, and the view of the Grand Place just from the windows is unbeatable. 2. Staff at the reception - Said and Lauir were very friendly and helpful and they took care of every guest with a heart. 3. Free breakfast - the food and drinks were very delicious and way much more than my expectation. Staff were also very nice and polite to me. 4. Spacious room with chairs and tables for suitcases and bags etc.

Because it was located in the town square it was very noisy with the windows open. There is soundproof windows but then you cannot get any fresh air.

The decor is a bit tired, and they could do with purchasing some new towels, but I think that is why it is such good value. I hope it never gets taken over by a big chain as that would change everything. It is clean, the bed is comfortable, the location is second to none.

The location is absolutely perfect for the price you pay! And the staff are excellent, multilingual, knowledgeable and very helpful. Big shout out to Laurir who is always so helpful and friendly. This is our third visit to No15 and we will be back!

Exceptional location on the grand place and the view from the room over the grand place is not to be missed. Really good value for money and manager at front desk really helpful. Bathroom a bit tired but who cares about decor!! the shower was really powerful. We will be back, miss the view already. Many thanks for letting us check in early.

The building is somewhat dated but this did not detract from a very nice stay.

The service was excellent. Always responsive and helpful. The location and room view were amazing. The breakfast was great. The room was spacious.

The steps up to the hotel are not very well maintained without a safety handrail and very hard to negotiate for a somewhat disabled person.

The bathroom shower was antiquated and we had no control over the heat. It came on and went off at set times

Located on the Grand Place, the location can't be beat. Zaid, the only staff we met, was warm and super helpful. We did not have a room with a view (it was in the attic) but is was roomy and comfortable.

Next time, we will ask for a room with the view of the beautiful Grand Place Square, which we got a glimpse from a neighbouring room.

The host at the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. A lovely warm and kind man and a pleasure to meet. Ideal location in Grand Place.
