The room had humidity, the wallpaper was starting to peel off, we had only two body towels, they provide kitchen with no things to use like pans or something. We complained but we had no actual response.

Well I have some couple issues with apartment furniture Some were brake or damage and also the bathroom needs good cleaning and fixing plumbing at bath.. and last it was hanging curtains in there window ist was absolutely in pieces have was hanging without any clips or support

The first time I stayed at the location, there was no Internet working for my entire stay and out of 4 lifts, only 2 were functional. Now I came back for a second time and .... air condition not working, TV not working and this time there was only 1 X lift available which made it tricky to move up and down from the appartment.

The location is good and the property is safe but to our greatest shock is that there was no TV to watch throughout our stay that is really bad. no staff come to us to look into it our stay was so boring for the kids no TV, no news no information from the media

The location it self was a bit out the way from central tourist spots & the building it self was a bit run down. The lift had a few issues would sometimes take 5 minutes to arrive. Finally getting into the building at night was a struggle having to use the pin code by the letter boxes to unlock the door which was never outlined.

Some of the pillows provided looked as if they were soaked in blood The boiler room was left open where we could see that there was lots of mold

Some corners in the bathroom were moldy and the shower's door didn't close properly. Also there should be at least a ventilation implant (this would help with the mold too!)

The location was quite close to the metro station and to most of the attraction we were interested in. In the train station there was a carrefour express and that made it easier to buy groceries for the days when we were not eating out. Although I would rate it a 5/10 objectively, I think the price is fair considered the other places in the city, that's why I gave it a 7.

Dirty overall, Dishwasher was broken and stinky, the room was dirty. The bathroom was leaking. There were crumbs on the sofas.

The accommodation is not a long walk from the train station, we walked without luggage but did not feel safe, I would suggest a taxi if arriving at night. There was NO hot water at all, a freezing cold shower was not something I expected. No coffee or milk.

The apartment block itself was quiet & other guests were respectful. Towels provided. Did not get a chance to use facilities eg TV

I was there for work and my flight was very early and no internet and as much as i called staff I didn’t receive help. I was stranded which costed me $5,000 in cell phone charges because I had a meeting. When I finally the next day saw a front staff they helped me but it costed me a lot of money

The cleanliness. It wasn't very clean. It was medium. Not too dirty, but not very clean either. The staff also the same. They were not impolite, but they were not very helpful either.

The property is mediocre in general, it's not bad, it's not good, it's medium. It's alright.

The toilet light wasnt working. I reported it couple of times but still they didnt fix it. So I had to use my phone light as a torch in the toilet. Also the reception closes at 6pm everyday which we didnt know, so felt unsafe during the night.

Fire alarm happened twice during our stay. It was annoying and we waited for half an hour until someone came and checked it.

Good location.The room was big and cozy, thought the sofa was a bit unclean.
