Restaurant was out of action in the evenings due to ill health of staff. Pity. The menu looked quite good! No access to stairs for guests uncomfortable using small lifts.

Convenient location on the S outskirts of Brugge, within easy walking distance of the old historic town. Easy and plentiful parking adjacent to hotel. Very helpful staff. Great Breakfast selection. The hotel had a nice modern relaxed ambience, and a quiet lounge/bar area adjacent to the restaurant.

Sofa bed was bad to sleep on. If you have issue with your back. There is no laundry facilities in the hotel even it mentioned that on the list. They only have the option to send your laundry towel somewhere else from Monday to Friday.

Room is ok with North America standard.

Heating was not that controllable, room was a bit chilly.

Room was spacious, well managed. Great location, quiet. All staff were amazingly friendly. Parking was easy, but outdoors. Still, would definitely revisit. Hotel was wonderful.

I did not like that the hotel rooms had no windows to open or balcony. As well there was no fan in the bathroom and the AC for the room was not very strong. This made the rooms quite stuffy and hot. As well you can only access the hotel through the parking garage and every time you need to leave you need to first verify your parking ticket with the staff.

The hotel was very nice. The location was very close to Brugges centrum and only a 5 minute drive. Great option if you don't want to stay in the centrum. The location was also very quiet. The hotel and room were very clean and quiet.

There was problem with the TV, they try to handle the problem, it does not work and I took e to an other room in the same floor

We loved it all and will be back. It would be nice to have a bath in a family room, but we managed with the shower.

Great location. Clean and modern. Ideal for visiting Bruges. Our family room overlooked the rail station which our 3yr old loved! It's not in the middle of Bruges but by the train station, so be mindful its a good 20min walk to get into the main area of interest.

Great location for train, easy walk to town centre. The water and fresh fruit was a nice touch, staff helpful and friendly.

The design of the room was uncomfortable - how the bathroom door opened outward and it was a huge door, to the point where if you don’t close the bathroom door, you cannot pass through the room. We brought our own cot and we feel that if the room was designed differently, it would’ve been more accommodating.

Great location, 3 km from the Bruges center, cheap parking (EUR 6 per 24 hrs), quiet room although near to train station, breakfast was good. Family room is comfortable enough to spend 1-2 nights and enjoy very beautiful Bruges.

The wi-fi wasn't that good. There weren't any windows that we could open.

U had a lot of choice for breakfast. Location was very nice, only a 10 min walk to the centre. Rooms were clean and pretty. They changed our towels often!

Beautiful and comfortable rooms. The hotel is close to the train station and the parking is extremely cheap like 6.50 € per day. The breakfast was good, eggs, pancakes, crepes, fruits!! Great location.
