The internet didn't work over the weekend making it harder to plan our intinary.

The room was very large and spacious, great location, close to the center.

It was no place to put toothbrush or similar things in bathroom, please add some shelf and hooks for towels. Breakfast should be ordered a day in advance and is not available on Sundays, but there are plenty of places to eat within a 10 minute walk.

Convenient location, about 200m to the exit from the subway. The building is a former bank, so the layout of the rooms is a bit unusual. The windows of the room were overlooking the courtyard, so the noise of the street was not heard. In general I am satisfied with the hotel, great value for money

You can hear everything going on in the hotel when in your room. If you're a light sleeper or looking for peace and quiet, you may be a bit frustrated with the volume.

Clean room and the staff assisted with any requests I had. The location is also super close to the music venue I was heading to for a concert, so it was extremely convenient!

The first room I was assigned was smelly from the bathroom pipes, I asked for a change and the guy came to change my room and he pretended not to smell anything. I was with friends who pushed for me to get the change because the smell was really bad. If you stay there ask to be assigned to the back door entry area. There the smell was not a problem. If you have the same problem push for a different room. Some friends in the same hotel were without towels and the room was not cleaned properly, the cleaning stuff was still around, like the cleaning lady forgot to finish the room.

The room was good and big, with a nice view and I have not complaints about that. The bed was super comfortable.

AC and TV not working. We asked receptionist to send someone to check it while we are out ( for a tour). We went back after 8 hrs and nobody went to our room still. They transferred us to a different room which we thought is better but it was not. No AC bathroom got flooded after I shower.

The air conditioner was broken when we arrived, we reported it immediately and they promised to come and fix it that day. Unfortunately, they did not come that day with the excuse that it was late. The next day, no one came again, nor did they give us an explanation why, they didn't offer to change the room for us, it's a shame.

The bed was big and comfortable, very good location.

Our room was on the top floor, 4th with no elevator. The room layout was a bit weird but clean. AC didn't seem to go beyond 23, but it was manageable. No glasses in room for drinking water.

Friendly staff, clean room. Location was right on the main road but it is a 25 to 30mins walk to the center.

The bed was extremely hard and not comfortable at all.There were stains on the sheets too. There was no elevator and the stairs leading to the room on the 3rd floor were extremely narrow and steep.

The employees were friendly and polite.
