You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe room was lovely with very modern features such as surround sound which you could connect via your phone and mood lighting. The staff were lovely and it was nice and quiet at night. We used the spa which we would recommend doing because you get it all to yourself and it was very relaxing! The location was great, just around the corner from great bars and restaurants.

The room is big enough for 2 people, bed and pillows super comfortable, bathroom perfectly equipped, everything is super clean and well thought through. Breakfast is excellent: everything is fresh, bio and sustainable, there is buffet + you can order fresh omelette and pancakes. The Spa is really the icing on the cake: 1 hour private space with sauna, hammam and infra-red for the spine, fresh ginger water, towels, slippers, bath robe, shampoo, shower gel and body lotion. They offer a private parking slot in a garage for 20€/day just across the street. Staff super friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel!

This is a lovely small hotel within easy walking distance of the historic area of Ghent. My room had access to small outdoor area and the bed was very comfortable. The space was quite modern with all the amenities one needs.The staff I encountered were very kind and helpful.

United KingdomThe hotel was located in a quiet area but just a short walk form the main squares and churches. It is a beautifully restored building maintaining a sense of the original granduer. We were met by a very friendly member of staff who went out of his way to help us. The room was beautifully and tastefully appointed, spacious and clean. The extra touches - a hand written welcome note, sweets, coffee, water - all added to the sense of being 'looked after'. The room was very comfortable and high tech. I really can't think of anything else we could have wanted/needed.

United StatesParking is available a short distance away. The garage is built for small, very small cars. It was harrowing to get in and out with a normal car. There is no area to unload luggage.
The staff are very helpful and the bedding was super comfortable. The location was good. Be aware that reception is not available 24 hours.
