Bathroom doors transparent and had large gap- not good for fily with kids 19,21. No privacy for family members and of different genders.

Elevators get crowded at morning when everybody needs them. Moreover I couldn’t find the stairs.

Location is perfect, literally two minutes from the central train station and from the touristic area. Breakfast is very good, with a more than decent choice. My room was very, very spacious with all what I needed.

The sofa bed wasn't terribly comfortable because of the bars on one side. Not much space if your kid likes to roll. The hot breakfast is buffet style so when we got there around 9, it wasn't very tasty. But there was plenty of other things to eat.

Great location, you walk out of the hotel and you're in the middle of the city's buzzing centre. We arrived on Friday and there was a little market on the square outside. It's also just a 2 minute walk from Brussels Centraal which is just a short train ride (less than 5 mins) from Brussels Midi/Zuid with all the international train connections. Comfortable, modern room. Family triple had a good size bed queen bed and sofa bed. The main bed was comfortable. Had great soaps and a well appointed bathroom. We had a room with a view of the courtyard to the side of the hotel and it was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast had a wide variety of cooked food, breads, spreads and fruit and cereal. The granola was one of the best I've ever tried. Lobby was comfortable and inviting too. Staff were friendly and accommodating of our 4 year old, providing her with colouring whilst we had some food. Hotels tend to be pretty expensive in Brussels, it felt relatively good value given the cost of similar accommodation.

The toilet should be fitted with a sink/basin for washing after we are done with our “business” instead of having to move over to the bathroom area to wash our hands.

Location was extremely good, as it is near the Centraal station. The counter staff were extremely polite, helpful and cheerful. The lady assisted me for an early check in and also guided me on my dinner locations, which we booked in advance. In the evening, a smart looking guy assisted us to print the soccer match game that we were going to watch in Germany despite me having to use my email to access. He was patient and knowledgeable and soon I had my tickets printed!

The location is the best. You just need to get down and all the attractions are 5-10 min walking. The grand place is just 2 min away. Even the Brussles central station is 5 minutes away. We went as a family and we had a double bed and a sofa bed which was very comfortable. The staff are very helpful all the time.

When we arrived we got keys to a room on 4th floor. When we got into the elevator (with three bags, two children) we saw that the 4th button is blocked with a sticker, you cannot use it. We went to 5th floor and had to carry suitcases to another floor. It appeared that one of the elevators could not go to the 4th floor (broken). I cannot understand why the personnel would not inform us and instruct to use another elevator. And even more suprised that during the two days we were there, it did not occur to the personal to print out an announcement and hang it next to the elevators. We also had issues with tv channels in our room and it was not fixed for the two days we were there (we were offered another room when I came to ask about this second time though). Overall nothing critical, but surprising stuff for well-known hotel chain.

The hotel is situated in very central and busy place, but we did not experience any noise issues in the evening or at night.

the room facilities are poor for 4* hotel - for 4 nights the bed linen was not changed, the mattress and pillows are uncomfortable, there are not cups, glasses and spoons in the room, only plastic tops and wood sticks, there is not bottle of water too. In our room the toilet was in separate area, where the sink for hands washing is absent!
