This is the the best hotel we've ever stayed in all Europe!! Everything was perfect!!! Rooms are very spacious and immaculate. Breakfast is exceptional, the best!!! 😋 I want to say thank you for the beautiful detail in our room, that gave us a welcoming surprise for our anniversary 🥰 definitely this will be our hotel if we back to Brussels.

We were told a room was available before our checking-in-time but they wanted about 60Eur for the privilege! This seems to be a current way with hotels nowadays though. The artwork is extremely wacky which was fine but didn't like the floor in the bedroom - was like walking on a shiny surface in a car park. Our room was next to the lifts - not great for the sound of whirring as well as people talking early/late.

We received a lovely welcome from staff. We were able to leave our luggage before checking-in. The room was large with an enormous bed which was extremely comfortable and had lovely pillows. It was good to be eco-friendly - to decline housekeeping and receive 2 drinks vouchers for the bar. It was greatto have a Nespresso machine and we were able to ask for more pods. The shower was great. Water was provided and a fridge. There was also a safe. Our AC wasn't working but we reported it and it was fixed very promptly.

My room was nice, but somewhat oddly designed in detail. Like all the light switches for the room were only at the entrance of the room. There was no way to turn on the larger lights from the bed, for example. Not really consequential, but odd. It was also quite cold despite the heating being on.

Splendid view, friendly staff, good location.

The Internet was bad, the connection often dropped and the quality was poor.

The room was ok, and the bed was comfortable. If you need sleepers, you have to ask at the reception. I had the best waffles in Brussels for breakfast. The front desk staff is super friendly and accommodating.

Nothing in particular, we had a really good stay

We had a really spacious and comfortable room, the TV in the room was huge and allowed us to stream shows directly from our phone, which is a great feature. Really liked the hotel decor, each floor is unique. The hotel is on the tram line which makes it really convenient to move around the city.

This is my favourite hotel in Brussels. I am staying there almost everytime I travel to Brussels both for business and leisure. Very creative design, hospital staff, nice staff in the room. Breakfast is good, waffles, even prossecco.

The decor was very bright and the foam headboard bizarre not very hygienic. Would have liked the air con to be controlled individually as everyone’s body temperature different !

The underground car park the well stocked shop which was really handy should you forget anything. It was really well stocked

Location is a bit further from the main inner city - however it is by a metro station and it is well connected with the public transport. We did end up walking to most sights so it is technically within walking distance.

Lovely staff, and room. Great room amenities, views and bed comfort. Really hard to find something not to like. The room is also very quiet, which we really appreciated considering the multitude of public works all over Brussels (incl. by this hotel).

Parking - you have to pay a hefty 29 euros to park for 1 night/day. The entrance of it is narrow. Elevator - is not working from reception to and from the car park. Therefore you have to drag your luggage(s) for 2 floors. Location - the front end of the hotel looks nice but the back of it is a bit dodgy.

I chose a room online and when my family and I arrived, the receptionist informed us that they had moved us to another bigger room to fit all guests. The room is spacious, clean and has all the necessary facilities and in working order. Breakfast was to die for and it's worth an insta capture. The receptionist who checked us in was very helpful and she advised us where to eat and where to go. Everyone was so nice and always had a smile on their faces.

Location is not in centre but accessible. The door/window aren’t sound proof so you can hear noises but not so much

The room was big and had all amenities that you need. Slippers, lip balm, water, coffee tea etc. if you need anything the hotel can help and staff were very friendly and supportive

We weren’t able to get any coffee from the bar when the coffee machine in our room broke, but the hotel gave us a complimentary breakfast to make up for it, which we were very pleased with.

Great location and excellent to be able to park at the hotel, a real bonus. The staff were also helpful.
