No breakfast option but the adjacent service area is only a short walk away. Restaurants in the area had limited availability on a Sunday evening (most were closed).

Convenient location just off the motorway. Next to secure parking area with room for our large trailer. Rooms were perfectly ok for an overnight stop.

T v didn't work. Communication difficulties. No local restaurants open and no advice given. The place is not finished, some rooms in course of renovation and uneven floors where work in progress. No food available, including breakfast. Notwithstanding the above would possibly stay again because the place was different and having gained a little knowledge of the locality could make more of a stay there.

Location and outdoor seating area. Tea making facility. Tge place has some interesting pieces if art work and may well look good when finished.

2 of the 3 rooms we booked were tiny -- thankfully this was reflected in the price. Unlike last year, this year there was no breakfast, as the breakfast area has since been built up. However there is a cafe nearby in the motorway service area, where we could have breakfast and coffee before setting off each day. The woman working at the reception spoke very limited English, however she was very helpful and friendly otherwise.

Very conveniently located near the E40 motorway adjacent to a motorway service area, though you need to leave the motorway at the pervious exit and approach the motel from a nearby country road -- this, however, was clearly explained to us in the instructions received from the motel, so it was not an issue at all. The rooms were stylish and clean. Prices were reasonable for the location and the level of service offered.

The road to location goes through a truck Park if u follow Google maps which is closed for others. Had to take 24km extra tour to get there.

We had an airco in the room but that makes a lot of noise. I'll suppose it's because the exit of they airco is coming in to the room. Also when someone is walking upstairs you can hear everything. Where they walk or what they do. You can't open a window.

We had a small room what didn't matter. The bed was great and spacious. The bathroom more than great. Clean room and bathroom I really liked the art and outsides. The check-in was good.

When we arrived and wanted to make breakfast reservations, we were informed that there was no breakfast due to construction works. One of the reaso s we booked was the fact that we could have breakfast.. It’s a shame we were not informed beforehand. The lication seemed to ve right next to the e40, but you need to drive quite some time to actually get there.

the location. a bit in the middle of nowhere, nevertheless it is not too far away from the highway.

the modern design, bathroom and room were well taken care of. the staff was also very nice and considerate.

The smell in the bathroom was musty. My toilet seat wobbled. I had to go downstairs during the night to visit the toilet.

I liked the fact that it was clean and comfortable and had a kettle. I did not appreciate the fact that the bathroom was downstairs, which meant I had to go downstairs during the night. It also smelled musty.

everything was poorly finished, it looked a recent build, exterior was awful and needs work doing on it, all the fencing was in need of repair, a beautiful sunny day and a small table outside but no chairs to enjoy the evening after a long day of travelling, walls were painted black, very dark room… with a little work this could be beautiful

Arrived at 18:30 to be told that my room wasn't ready (still occupied) and I would have to wait an hour. However, after 15 minutes the guest left and the room was rapidly cleaned, plus I was given a discount on the room price so it was all handled well in the end. The bed deck is in the roof space and unfortunately the airco unit is halfway up the wall so although downstairs (the bathroom and TV seating area) was lovely and cool, the bedroom was very warm and stuffy. I wouldn't like to be in there during a hot summer. Maybe moving the bed downstairs would be better and more convenient. Also the drain from the shower is very slow and needs attention. A few other minor changes to the room layout would make it more practical, but generally I was happy with the stay.

The multi-feature shower was great - plenty of hot water. Lots of free parking. Quiet location. Conveninet for my requirements.
