Great location in the middle of the old city. Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful garden and lovely facilities.

The breakfast is quite pricey at €30 so we walked out to the city for that so I can't comment on whether or not it might have been worth is or not.

The room was great. Even though it was only a basic room, it was really nice. The location in the middle of the old city is just perfect for getting to and also being very close to everything. The parking is quite pricey, but quite secure and you can keep the car there until 18:00 on check out day which is fab!

There was a party on Sunday during my stay and music was on till 9 PM. so found a but difficult to fall asleep.

Everything was great. Gentleman at reception staff was very helpful & kind. Spotlessly Clean and I appreciate the allotted room with view .

The location is excellent close to many of the places to visit when in Brugge. The hotel is situated in quiet surroundings, and has its own car park, and garden. The bed was comfortable, and the room has air conditioning. The room I stayed in was in an annex at the rear of the garden, which meant the it was quiet and not bothered by street noise. The breakfast was good, although at extra cost. The staff are friendly and helpful. I was shown to my room and an explanation of how things work was provided.

This hotel felt like we were staying at a resort, without the pool or spa. We felt so relaxed and at peace, you would have no idea there were crowds of people just a 10 minute walk away in the main square. The room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed!

Reception staff on arrival and staff was correct but not welcoming - pure factual - a bit disappointing for such level of property.

Location was excellent - dinner in Restaurant Den Heerd was exceptional - de Head Waiter and staff were extremely efficient, friendly and forthcoming. The covered outside terrace is exceptional in style and comfort.

The parking fee is twice as much as the public parking 150 meters away. Breakfast begins at 8 AM, but if you arrive between 9 and 9:15, there are hardly any options left as nothing is replenished. There is no store or vending machine within a couple of kilometers, and the hotel restaurant was closed at 7 PM, possibly due to a lack of customers.

I had a very nice ground floor room overlooking the garden. It was very luxurious, a full bath, bathrobes, kettle with instant coffee and tea. Wonderful English speaking staff. Good location, about a 10 minute walk to the train station and a couple of minutes walk to the pedestrian street. Lots of shopping and cafes nearby.

The hotel has part of the rooms located separetely from the main building across the beatiful garden. We have been allocated in such room. Our room had induvidual entrance. The room was very decent sizewise. It has table and chairs in front of the window overlooking the garden, best place to have morning coffee. I loved the bed and bed linnen. The matress was so comfy, it felt like i was sleeping on the marshmellow

Location v gd…. Getting cab was diff on that day… so walked… cobblestones made it a bit diff… Hotel v cosy n comfortable… Rooms a bit small… esp the garden view ones… The tea/ kofe machines were gd… wires a bit small… so had to juggle a bit! The TV position a bit wrong… at head level… so can hit you if not careful… recommend to change it! Breakfast delicious… kind of makes up for everything! But for the cost… rooms shud be a bit spacious!
