Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNothing really. I was sorry to see that previous occupiers of my room had been so careless in spilling drinks.
Good hotel close to the main train station but easy to walk into the city. The staff were really nice and helpful. The hotel has a pleasant interior and is comfortable. I asked if I could be put if possible in a quiet room and much appreciated the fact that I had, with a friendly message from the manager about this. The room was big clean, and attractive, and the bed was very comfortable. Shower lovely. The breakfast was good enough. Coffee great!

Saudi ArabiaOur experience had some challenges. The parking (paid !!!) was not located adjacent to the hotel, and finding it was tricky due to the narrow streets and one-ways surrounding the area. I had to circle the block twice before I finally located the parking. Additionally, accessing the parking lot with the code was a bit confusing, and I struggled to get through on my first attempt. Overall, these issues made our arrival less convenient than expected.
We had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location was ideal, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room size was spacious and came with all the necessary amenities. We appreciated the on-site items for sale, like dental kits, shaving kits, and water bottles, which were very convenient. The hotel also offered free cold drinking water, promoting sustainability by reducing plastic waste—such a thoughtful touch! Overall, it was the perfect hotel experience, complete with 24-hour reception. Highly recommended!

About 1 km from the railway station and a 10 minute walk to central Antwerp. A pleasant tourist style hotel that does the basics very well. I was surprised at how large the room was and we were very comfortable. Beds and pillows were great. We had some trouble getting the aircon working correctly but front desk were very helpful and sorted it out instantly. Can recommend this hotel for anybody looking for a pleasant stay and great value for money

He makes great meals, and I loved the chicken wings 😃 which surprised us for Belgium! When we met him though, it all made sense. Would definitely stay here again.

GermanyMy little son was bitten/stung a lot and multiple times by bed bugs and/or mosquitoes because he slept on the sofa bed. The parking was really expensive and not directly at the hotel and 2 blocks down the street.
The staff specially at the brakfast was really kind. The design and interior are awesome. Beautiful, clean and big room and nice location in the city. The breakfast was rich and delicious.

Francethe shower was a bit old and we could see mold / rust on the ceiling. we had no chance, we ended up close to a room that was occupied by very noisy people that decided to talk and laugh like cows until 3am. the reception was not picking up to our complain calls. So i would say that the rooms were not well isolated at all in between them.

NetherlandsThe location seems central but you need to walk 7 to 10 minutes to a tram stop to get to any of the sights or museums. This is the main reason we would not return to this hotel.
The room is what you expect from a chain hotel, nothing super fancy but functional. We had a room overlooking the park which was nice.
