When I tried to buy some water from the vending machine in ground floor, it didn't work. There is no shop around the hotel. Finally I could bought water from the bar next to the front, but it takes a bit expensive. So I recommend to prepare some treatments before you go to the hotel.

The room was clean, I could spend a good time in my room. The staffs are really good, I'll book there again for my next stay in Brussels.

The central air conditioning system needs updating. We were there on cold rainy days and yet the room was hot, it gave us headaches due to the sudden temperature switch. Though I just hope you also don’t get the same wrong timing as us when we checked in due to influx of European highschool kids doing their school excursions and seeing them do their shenanigans by triggering the smoke detector in the room due to actual smoking and having the fire department come into the hotel to check the incident at 1 am.

That it was a very short walking distance from the Berlin Hbf.

The proximity to Brussels Midi station. Its location is perfect if you are taking the Eurostar. I had a good night sleep in a comfortable bed in a clean room. This hotel does the job well.

One of the lifts was out of order which meant a longer wait to get to and from the bedroom.

Great choice at breakfast buffet. Relaxed atmosphere. Staff very friendly, efficient and helpful. Very useful to have the luggage storage lockers.

Virtually nowhere to put clothes if you need to unpack. Also no drinking glasses supplied. However you can get paper cups from the bar.

Good location if you want to use Bruxelles- Midi station. Good breakfast and gluten free bread available.

Everything was very good, very clean. The hotel is very close to Gare du Midi, which eases the in-city and intra-city transportation greatly. The breakfast was great, it met our expectations and even exceeded it. One of our friends joined us later due to some delays and she managed to stay in our room (we asked for double room but we got a 4 person room) by paying the price difference only thanks to the helpful staff. We would like to thank everyone, especially Mr. Oğuzhan at the reception.

I understand why a swipe card is needed to operate the lights - but it is sometimes tricky in a shared room. E.g in the morning when people get up early and leave with their card, and you need to find another to put in, and then that person leaves etc.

It definitely felt like a budget hotel, one step up from a youth hostel. The rooms were far from big, and noise from the neighbouring room travelled.

I stayed in the hotel with my two young kids. It was perfectly positioned for the Brussels-Midi station. The beds were fine. The staff were great and it was lovely to have the bar available, with a good supply of water etc.

One of the elevators was out of service, so sometimes you had to wait a while, as the first one was packed with people, so had to wait for the next. The lockers were good, but they could have been a bit bigger to hold more of your possessions.

The location is really close to the Airport shuttle bus stop, literally 5 mins round the corner, and equally the main Garde Midi train station. However, in terms of the main city centre area, it's about 25-30 mins walk, or you could opt for a hire bike or scooter, which you can find at most street corners.

I think it would be nice to be able to store your luggage for free on the day of check in and check out. However, they are only offering a locker room, which you have to pay for.
