didn't like the lack of plugs to charge phones etc. would have liked a choice of eggs at breakfast as oppose to only scrambled eggs. doors in the room could have done with some oil on the hinges as very squeaky.

room was lovely and large, lovely shower, very comfy beds. room was cleaned every day to a high standard. lovely having air conditioning. very pleasant environment to stay in.

We booked for 2 nights. First day they provided 2 bottles of water but next day they have not and said we provide only once. Tea coffee was very limited in room. No free tea coffee facilities at reception area.

Amazing location, staff was really really friendly. We forgot our panda plushie (my wife’s favorite plushie that I gave her on our first day of the relationship) and they sent it back, it worked amazingly. Would absolutely go again

The employees working at the reception were not friendly, all interactions were correct, however we did not feel as being welcome.

The room was spacious, the bathroom as well, the bathtub was very appreciated. The breakfast was excellent.

This might be an unusual thing to comment on but when we first arrived there was some filming going on in the lobby/reception area, and it took quite some time to get checked in, while also being asked to keep quiet so we didn’t disturb them. That was a little bit frustrating but of course it’s highly unlikely to be a problem for most other visitors

This is a very nice hotel just a short walk from the centre of Brussels. The breakfast was good, if a little expensive, and the hotel has a nice classic feel overall. Also enjoyed the bar in the evening

I noticed that the room description mentions a coffee maker as an amenity. However, when I inquired about it, I was informed that this feature is limited to superior rooms. This inconsistency is confusing, as the coffee maker is listed in the descriptions for all rooms.

The hotel is well located, clean and comfortable. Close to metro and city centre. Breakfast was also nice.

The shower flow was slow . Needed to be stronger . The power socket was not approachable . And need more sockets. I came as early check in ; so they gave me a room in the first floor, no AC .and window was next to some kind of generator or something noisy. But i asked to change the room and they were kindly did to 6th floor which i loved. But the excuse was because i did early check in

The breakfast was terrible and cost too much for what was served. The bar area was closed for two of the nights so it was difficult to find a comfortable place to unwind and socialize.

I was pretty disappointed on check-in. I arrived late around 9PM after many hours travelling but was made to wait for around 15 mins to check in despite there being 3 staff at reception including what seemed to be a manager. They had an issue with guests in front of me who had not booked the correct room and the manager seemed to be helping a less experienced member of staff with the issue. I didn't have an issue with this but after 9 hours of travel, desperate to get to my room and out to get something to eat, one of the 3 staff could have checked me in in minutes rather than keep me standing there, looking at me without even offering to help whilst they sorted the other issue. The 3rd member of staff just stood there on the computer the whole time without asking if he could help. What is the point having 3 members of staff at reception if they can only deal with one check-in at a time? Very very poor for a 5 star hotel. I'm due in Brussels again next week and it's the only thing making me re-consider booking there for this trip as it's the perfect location for me

Hotel entrance was impressive and the location was perfect for access to my office which is minutes away. It looks very much like a 5 star hotel on entering

Queue for breakfast is not ideal. A third coffee machine is definitely need or else a separate hot water machine so people you want to have tea don’t need to join the coffee queue. Staff were excellent though dealing with how busy it was.

The bath room fittings for the water doesn't match with the heritage style even could need an overall update. The TV was as well too tiny and the minibar should be fully stuffed.

The heritage style was nice and both receptionist where outstanding friendly at night as well morning shift.
